Very bad delivery company
Very bad delivery company. The transport company refused to deliver my order to my address. The insisted on delivering it on the street. I asked them to deliver it indor, but the refused. I asked them then to take the the order back. I will purchase in an other shop, who can deliver to my company address.

Hi, This is quite unusual for us. We state on the website that orders are delivered on street level outside the building.
If the delivery guys had to always carry in the orders the freight would be a lot more expensive for everyone, and would also be very hard to plan in time.
In this particular case it was one barbell, and both us and the delivery company were quite surprised that you could not take the barbell through the door to your gym but refused it, and wanted the delivery man to carry it.
When we talked to you on the phone we agreed that we would cancel the order which we did and there was no cost for you offcourse.
I hope you find another company that has the options that you seek.
