Very good quality and very fast shipping i took 2 weeks the only “bad” I would say is that i could not track the order

The first time I ordered, it was great... well, Ok, shipping (from China) did take 3 weeks! Their last order took TWO MONTHS to reach me (US, California). No consistency and because they use the cheapest carrier available, the tracking is useless because it does not tell anything that's happening once it gets into customs in the US. And then I did not get any of the sizes I ordered. Their XL - I'm L to XL - did not fit me, it was more like Medium. My son's outfit was too small too, he's 12, just turned 13 so I ordered 14-yr old and it came the size of 10-12. Their options for return were not acceptable, basically had to order another jersey at a slight discount. No reimbursement available. Waste of money. Will not order from them ever again.

Be careful when buying from this company. Shipping is extremely show and the quality of the item is rubbish. The material of the shirt is average but all the logos and transfers are cheap. If they haven't peeled off when you open your package they will within a month. My item was ordered in July. It took weeks to arrive. When it was opened the logos were all off centre, some missing and peeling off. A replacement was sent and the logos are peeling off after 2 washes. Search for better quality items on other sites. GoGoal shop is terrible.

I ordered 3 jerseys every single one of them was top quality. I couldn't ask for more. The only thing is that my 05/06 burgundy arsenal jersey with Thierry Henry it didn't have the white outlines on the number, but the jersey was made almost 20 years ago nobody can tell the difference. So I am very happy about my order and I will 100% order from gogoalshop again!

Overall a pretty good shop and good quality jerseys. Shipping was 2-3 weeks to Canada, and came 2 days earlier than expected. Impressed with the official licensing with the manufacturers (In my case Adidas) as they got an official license and quality is good as customization works perfectly. All the jerseys run a little small though so it came slightly smaller than expected. But overall quite great.

Long processing time. Long wait for shipment. They charge for shipment and also for using a credit card. So you see one price but you end up paying double.

We have ordered multiple jerseys from this vendor and have been pleased with the price and quality. But I'm giving 5 stars especially for their quick and helpful customer service. In paying with Venmo, I accidentally left out the decimal point and paid *thousands* for a jersey. Venmo does not allow for any cancellation or refund of a transaction that went through. I was panic stricken and contacted the business owners--I was afraid I'd be lying anxiously awake all night. But within 2 hours they had responded, refunded the incorrect amount, and supported me in placing the correct order. In these times, to find such fast, honest, and helpful people seems rare. They were even personable and kind -- so it was clear I was interacting with real people and not bots. The next time we want a jersey, we'll order from Gogoalshop -- and my son (on his high school soccer team) plans to tell all his teammates and friends to order from this business as well.

Is this based in China?

I ordered a shirt over two weeks ago and have now contacted them 3 times because I have had no response I don't normally leave negative reviews on small companies even when disappointed but this is a joke now

I got mine in about a week and half and this was during chinese new year. I have just placed another order.

they have paypal so use that and youre safe.

I ordered 8 kits at the end of November and have still not received them. I have contacted them multiple times and complained. They offered to resend a new package which i declined and asked for my money back. And now they wont answear my Emails, i have sent 2 emails without any response. SCAM website!

They "sent" my order 3 times, never got it and they refused to isse a refund. Keep in mind every times for "resends" is 60 days waiting.

Started off great and was super impressed with the jersey I ordered, however when trying it on it was too small. The website clearly stated a 30 day refund policy and I contacted them, at first I was offered an exchange but I would have to pay £15 for the jersey to be sent out. I explained that I did not want to spend £15 on an exchange incase the next shirt also did not fit. This is also not mentioned on the refund process. I again explained that the jersey was in original packaging and all labels still on so would like a refund and will send the jersey back. Was then told that they do not have a UK address (despite there being an address on the website) and it didn’t seem very economical for them to return my jersey. I was then offered a £20 refund. I replied stating I was within all the refund policy on the website and would be taking this further. Have not heard anything back. SCAM.

Really great quality and arrived really fast

Placed order about 6 weeks ago. They took the money right away. No jerseys yet. Same ol’ BS every week - “wait few more days”.

I can’t believe I felt for these scammers.

Asked for refund, but I’m not holding my breath…
