so the actually shirts quality are good however i received one that was way too small. i contacted support and they said that i need to pay the shipping difference for them to send out another one. the mastercard payment on the website wasn’t working so i sent it through wise. the customer support has told me they haven’t received the money and are asking me to send it again through a different app. i showed them the receipt number and the transaction screenshot. the money has been taken out of my account and paid to them, through wise
