Bought it a year ago, didn't do anything. I did notice that most positive reviews are using the same words.
And the negative seem to come from frustrated people that spent too much money on a devise that doesn't do anything but burn your skin. Also all the negative reviews on Bol get a thumb down right away.
Client service is friendly, but that doesn't make the devise work.
Scam.

A scam! I purchased it for 3 times the price they are selling it for now. It didn’t work at all. I followed all the instructions. I have it enough time. After trying it out for more than 4 month now, NOTHING!

I'm honestly quite amazed that I've actually found something that works for me. I've tried a lot of different hair removal methods, but none of them worked.

I have quite thick hair on both my arms and legs, which I've absolutely hated for the longest time. On summer days I would occasionally shave twice in one day just to enjoy myself.

Using IPL has been a huge confidence booster for me and going from shaving twice a day to once a week feels like something god sent, love it!!

I have family in The Netherlands who gave me a gosmooth pro for my birthday last year. Even though I live in New York the package arrived unscathed, whic isn't always the case!

I used the device for about three months and really started noticing that there was a reduced amount of hair growth, but eventually I somewhat lost track of properly using the device each week and eventually I stopped using it all together.

Determined to stick to the schedule this year I decided to order one for a friend as well so that we could do it together.

Both of us are enjoying the first results now so I feel like a positive review is the least can I offer for getting rid of my hairs. Thank you gosmooth!

The go smooth doesn't really work. I have a white skin and dark hair, sow as the description say it has to work good for me. But i tried it now a lot more times then the description say and i noticied some less hair grow, but it is almost nothing. (I'm trying it for a year now) It alsow really hurts on your armpits and bikini line.

The product itself looks very nice, the kit is complete and the thank you cards were a lovely addition

Using it very easy, I just don't like that I have to shave for a treatment, but luckily soon that won't be much of an issue. I've been using it for around eight weeks now and I can most definitely say that the results are there.

Hi! I have had my GoSmooth for quite a while and I've seen no results whatsoever. Ive tried to contact GoSmooth for assistance a number of times but Ive received no response. Please help.

Really happy with the pro device that I bought around 3 months ago. It's easy to use and and I've definitely noticed that my hair growth has slowed down a lot. The only reason i'm not giving it 5 stars is because the device has to stay plugged in when using it

I've had my gosmooth pro for about 12 weeks now and since i'm nearing the end of the treatment plan I thought I'd write a quick review about my experiences.

First of all, the result. I've got some very stubborn hair growth, but even with this I still managed to become close to complete hair free! The GS worked best on my legs. This was also the first body part I started treating, after that I also started doing my arms and armpits too. I can definitely see a good result there, but it's not the same result I achieved for my legs.

Besides the effectiveness of the gosmooth I'm also very content about the ease of the treatments, it's pretty much just sitting back and flashing. The treatments can take a little bit of time for bigger body parts though.

The last thing I wanted to touch on is the kit itself, i thought it was very very cute and it had these nice little thank you cards! Loved it!

I would call myself a happy customer :)

I'd definitely consider Gosmooth a customer friendly company. Their product works and after forgetting to use one of their discount codes they sent me the difference through banktransfer when i asked if they could cancel my order so I could use the code. Great experience buying their products!

Like the other reviews (that I translated to read) this product doesn’t work. I followed the 16 weeks and now I’m going on 20+. It started to slow my hair growth but now not so much. It grows back just as fast. It shouldn't grow back at all! It has thinned my hairs and that’s about it. 20 weeks and no results. Waste of time. If you have fast growing hair, I’m talking starts coming back in 1-2 days, once a week is not enough. Wish they would instruct that at the beginning. Maybe I wouldn’t have wasted all this time. Now I’m trying to stick to every 5 days but again at 20 weeks out they’ve wasted my time and I’m getting tired of doing it with zero results. Mind you I am of light skin with dark dark hairs, the perfect candidate. Not to mention right around when I hit week 16 every time I plug the device in and turn it on now it sounds like a dying cat. It didn’t do that before. Basically it’s junk. Don’t buy or waste your time. Maybe the other companies with $300+ devices will work but I give up on spending the money on that.
