I bought a pair of breast pumps for nearly 170€. I was shockdd to recieve a shipping update from China as the website promoted the product as ”Made in Iceland”. Living in a nordic country I thought I could trust a nordic supplier, since there is seriously no shit produced here.
The packaging was nice and the pumps worked ONCE. After the first use I noticed that they were very hard to empty. I washed them and tried putting them back together, but they never worked again. There is absolutely no return information whatsoever. Very dissapointed as my baby depends on my breastmilk.
Don't shop here!
Bought a hair clipper, it's has no branding, as advertised. Completely misrepresented. They offered a partial refund but won't give me the informtion to return this.

Trying to return a product for 6 weeks now. I have a mail thread of 60 messages by know. They keep "scaring" me with all kinds of extra costs for me, offering discounts etc. Luckliy I chose Klarna to pay and I contacted them and explained the situation. They booked it as returned (which I still haven't since Glaciva still didn't send me a return address.
Horrible!!
Horrible!!! Fraudulent company that doesn’t allow returns and refunds, despite claiming that in the website. Shame on Klarna for having a customer relationship with them.
Don't buy the crap and dont belief…
Don't buy the crap and dont belief reviews you see of their products, in their emailadres a lot of ..... To discourage you to send items back , i have had twenty emails and it getting funnier how they think they can fool their customers. I am not surprised if they will change their name soon . Worrying that Klarna is working with them and nothing taking any responsibility.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience! Bought a product and changed my mind before I even saw the product. I tried to stop glaciva from sending me the product 10 mins after ordering it and they REFUSED to stop the posting. Said I could refuse to accept the product and send back with the post man. Their post man just dropped it outside my door and left. Sent them messages that I need a return sticker, and they insist I cannot send it back to address on the package as am not allowed to. Instead they’re asking me to send it back to China, at my expense, and I will probably not get most of my money back. Scammers! Scammers! Scammers! DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!
Its a well looking scam
Its a well looking scam working together with besttechtest.com where they rate these scam products as the top ones. You can see the glaciva is always on sale, and besttechtest saying its hard to get because of high demand... Pretty much all the positive reviews are from reviewers with only 1 or 2 reviews and all verified.

I bought a product thinking it's a European brand. Surprise surprise, I got a tracking number from Yanwen logistics from China. That product is going to be returned 100%. I ordered from the website under wrong impression. If I wanted to buy cheap Chinese rubbish I would go to Temu or Shein. So not cool!
