Julia at FurLife is very helpful

Julia at FurLife was professional and promptly assisted me with an issue I had with their product. I like the idea of repelling ticks & fleas without harsh, harmful chemicals - FurLife offers convenient products that are a non-toxic way to protect my dear dog.

End result...it doesn't work!

I ordered 3 fur life pendants and my dogs have been wearing them for more than 30 days now. Today we removed a tick from our dog's neck, from right under the collar that the pendant is on. I have also noted that my dogs are itching themselves pretty aggressively, and I have actually seen 2 fleas on myself during this time, something I have never seen before while using other products. I was hopeful, but now disappointed.

I used their flea and tick pendant for the last year. My dogs have not had fleas or ticks. It’s a wonderful non medication product. I just ordered my refill and it’s been a year. I hear so many horror stories about dogs having a bad reaction to medications. Thank you Julia for creating this product.

Pleased & Happy Customer & Dog

We have feral cats in our neighborhood, which caused my dog to have fleas which the groomer found when she went to be groomed a year ago. This collar is fantastic and no more fleas! But I also want to mention Julia and Patrick in this review because they have been exceptional in helping me when I needed a new collar and had ordered the wrong one. They actually sent me a new one like what I wanted and allowed me to donate the wrong one which I had ordered to our animal shelter. This company is great and the essential oils in the collar are fantastic for protecting my Bettie a Clumber Spaniel that I adore.

Does not work on my dog still gets fleas…

I gave my puppy a bath before putting the collar on to rid any fleas she might have. After drying her and putting the collar on I see she is still getting fleas. This collar does not keep the fleas off. She has been wearing it for a week now. This product does not work for my dog. I was really hoping it would work

Only last 5 1/2 months

I purchased 9 pendants. They have only lasted 5 1/2 months. My dogs are getting fleas and ticks now. Contacted company and they keep saying the same thing.... if the environment has changed you may need to add additional products. The environment hasn't changed. We live in the same place we did for the first 5 1/2 months the dogs wore the pendants with great success. The pendants no longer have the smell to fend off fleas and ticks.

Here lies the problem they say that guarantee.

Here lies the problem they say that will guarantee a full refund yet no money was sent to any of my accounts. I have reached out to the bank and PayPal. Save your money this product does not work.
We were excited until we unwrapped the package and found the smell overwhelming. First if you have allergies this is not the way to go. The scent is so strong. The dogs were bathed prior to placing these on there necks. We kepted an eye on the dogs to see if they had any reaction to the FurLife product. The dogs still scratched. Save your money.

I ordered 5 FurLife pendants for our 5 dogs and had an issue with one of them. As soon as I noticed the issue I emailed customer service.
