A complete waste of money It is a Western European centric data base so the results are garbage for anyone with Asian ancestry in their mix. Countries like Hungary that are high with Asian mix are... See more

I bought the lifetime promo my first day in the web because I found everything amazing. I made my test in a lab that was not any of the most important ones (ancestry, 23andme) and it worked perfectly.... See more

Amazing

Very entertaining, love to renew and rate new traits every week and make my contribution. I am shocked how precise and correct some genetic traits are, definitely can relate.

Really like it

Really like it. My original ancestry test just showed mainly Arab and Hispanic, which I was skeptical because both of my parents bloodline originated in Europe, but obviously eventually got the Arab (my dad) and got the little Hispanic (my mom). So this did show me my European roots.

Far too commercial

Far too commercial. I know you do it for money but it's too much, similar to a store employee asking a customer what they want: that must be liked by some but not for all!

Send emails that confuse the user because they seem to offer free features, then you go to the site and must pay to access those features!

I very much appreciated the free…

I very much appreciated the free ethnicity results I received. They were more nuanced than my Ancestry ethnicity results, which was very vague and didn’t show the admixtures I had within my 100% Eastern European Jewish makeup. So I ordered on sale the cinco de Mayo test and got new results that differed from my free results and no explanation. I’m not sophisticated enough to understand the genetic science so I was hoping for more of an analysis. Thank you

Focus on Chromosomes and Ethnicity

I subscribe to half a dozen DNA sites: Ancestry, 23andMe, MyHeritage, FamilyTreeDNA, YFull, GedMatch, and Genomelink. Each provides a different perspective on how they present their DNA findings. Genomelink focuses on ethnicity and Chromosomes, which is unique.

3 months and I still haven’t received my refund

I had to start a dispute with my bank and I still haven’t resolved my issue, I sent several emails requesting a refund before 24 hours went by, for they couldn’t find my account, then they ask me to stop the dispute so they can refund me back, it’s been 3 months since this ordeal and frankly disappointing with the company customer services, they are good for nothing, they provide false information, 0% reliable, buyers beware, don’t fall for this scam!!

They don't keep their word.

Everything started out fine. Genomelink was supposed to give me one small piece of ethnicity data per week (i.e. one figure per week). That's not great, but I was willing to wait a week for each little bit of info.

3 and a half weeks ago, I didn't receive the promised ethnicity data, and I let them know. They eventually said they'd release the data, but they didn't. Another week went by, still no new ethnicity data. Then another week, still none. Each time, I've informed them. A couple times they've sent me messages claiming they're working on it, but no progress is ever actually made. As I told them, it's a waste of my time to keep checking my account for new data that never shows up. So for not doing what they say they're going to do, and for never fixing the problem, I currently give them a low rating.

Encouraging interactions

I love the fact that if you keep interacting then you can unlock features rather than just having to spend a lot of money to unlock everything, it encourages me to keep checking out the website

Extremely inaccurate analysis

Extremely inaccurate analysis. Does not match any other DNA services. All services I tried have a similar results, this one is just completely wrong and irrelevant to my history
