Utterly bizarre experience.
Ordered a set of 9 as a test run before ordering a large bulk of the marshmallows.
Ordered on the Friday pre 3pm, Got to Monday and didn't have them and had no dispatch notification. Came on here and saw the reviews and started to stress so emailed them.
They finally replied to my third email with a photo of the product with my photos (not centralised and not great to be honest) and said that they'd be posted second class today.
I emailed back querying this since their website clearly states posted within 24 hours and first class post.
I got a reply immediately cancelling my order and saying they'd refund me.
Just very odd, currently awaiting the refund.

Purchased as a gift so have only seen the mallows but not tasted them. Excellent online service from Paul B who was very helpful in assisting me to sort out photos for my order. I couldn't have done it without his help so I am very grateful. For this I give 5 stars.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered item for a Christmas present but it never arrived. I have sent 2 emails and used their online contact form but not had a reply to any of them. Absolutely disgusted at this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Order never turned up and emails were not responded to ! Awful service. Currently going through my bank for a refund as think it’s a fraudulent company! AVOID FOODIGITAL

The printed marshmallows never turned up, despite paying for next day delivery.

Tried multiple times to contact them with ZERO responses.

Raised a dispute with Paypal over the payment.

Amazing awesome company! Thank you Paul for sorting out my lost delivery in Germany and replacing it so quickly. This was a parcel I had posted and tracked through Royal Mail. It went astray and I contacted Fooddigital to ask if another could be sent asap. They were super amazing and I cannot thank them enough. I would give more than 5 stars but it doesn't allow. Thanks so much fooddigital will definitely use you again! 👍👍🙏😁

I have tried for days to get hold of someone regarding my order that hasn’t arrived. No phone number available to call, no response to emails, message page or live chat.
No customer at all 9 days after I placed my order my gift hasn’t arrived even though they claim order would be sent out the following day.
Do not give this company any of your money

Terrible. I ordered on 17th June for next day delivery (18th June). Still haven't received my order (it is now the 24th June). I have emailed the company 4 times and no one has replied. I have asked for a refund - nothing. Product hasn't arrived, nobody has dealt with my requests for an update or refund. Doubt I will ever see that money back or the product considering how terrible the service has been. Complete and utter waste of time and money.

Awful service, order was the worst quality imaginable and customer service was rude and ignorant and reluctant to give a refund or reprint. This is a one man band printing from his home computer. Do not trust.
