Terrible. I ordered on 17th June for next day delivery (18th June). Still haven't received my order (it is now the 24th June). I have emailed the company 4 times and no one has replied. I have asked for a refund - nothing. Product hasn't arrived, nobody has dealt with my requests for an update or refund. Doubt I will ever see that money back or the product considering how terrible the service has been. Complete and utter waste of time and money.

Terrible. They "sent" an item 3 times - never arrived. Requested a refund. Hasn't happened. Have sent 4 emails and not one reply. Shocking service.

Not sure why they advertise a customer service email address and then just ignore the inbox...
