Ben arrived on time, he identified the problem straight away, and fixed it within half an hour. He had two pull out the heavy washing machine to find the leak. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and when I mixed have a plumbing problem I'm going to call him !

I was incredibly impressed by Thomas (Hungarian man from FixIF) efforts to immediately solve and repair the leaks. He went out of his way to find a solution despite being given the wrong communication from Fix IF to only lock off the leak - as opposed to fix it - despite being sent a message from FixIF they have ordered a part for the engineer to fit on. He left the property making sure my family and I were comfortable and happy with the work first. Excellent customer service very impressed. Would recommend again 10/10.

Can’t say I was impressed by Ben’s work. He left saying he is going to get a part and failed to return! Very disappointed. I lost 2 hours of my time and pay waiting to be told he is now on another job. He also failed to call despite FixIF being advised TWICE only for me to find out he is 5 minutes away when I called them. Would not recommend again.
