It was great at the beginning but then too much and it wouldn’t let me reset to do less minutes and I ended up with heal spurs from walking. Wish it had a reset button

I love this app. Every work out session has effective, tailored and easy to follow exercises. I can change up to meet my preferences and skill level easily and it has some of the best exercises.

Exercises and difficulty levels are great. My only problem is the workout doesn’t always sync with my Apple Watch, sometimes the connection drops mid work out.

Very easy to follow. Exercises are also constantly changing so it doesn’t get repetitive. Love it!

I liked the freedom and versatility of this program. The workouts were simple but challenging and easy to follow. People were commenting on the changes to my body 2 weeks into the plan.

The program takes feedback from the end of the workout and adjusts the intensity of the next days workout routine. I like this work out programs mix of stretching and work on muscle groups.

I like having the ability to vary the program to suit my training needs whether targeting a certain goal or recovery. The discipline of having a reminder and a specific workout plan is key

Well coordinated workouts. A couple exercises the narration is incorrect. The sitting trunk rotation, first part of exercise, tells you to rotate the upper body in the wrong direction.

I love the variety of the workout and it helps me stay on track but the app doesn't offer modifications for injuries or issues that may prevent you from performing the workouts as is.

I like the variety of exercises. The audio is clear and encouraging. The videos of the exercises helpful, and the ‘vibe’ upbeat.

I love the variety and the changes to each workout. Well laid out and instructed. It's a shame that the monthly cost of almost $40 is so much after you get hooked in for $15.

Can’t figure out how to change units from metric to imperial.

Keeps it interesting. Variety. Lively Pushes me hard but not too hard.
