terrible customer service

Although their products are genuine and they ship very fast unfortunately their customer support is terrible. They take weeks to answer their emails. At the phone they do not have enough information always the same answer: it was transferred to the upper department. I have two payments both of them are not closed. For one I overpaid and they are not able to cross check my information.
Terrible gives you the feeling you did something wrong when you didn’t. Never again.

If you are in Switzerland you better do…

If you are in Switzerland you better do not order from this website, unless you’re 100% certain that you will keep the product. My advice: Do not choose the monthly installments! You pay extra fees AND the second installment is taken only after 10 days after the 1st one. It’s not monthly!! So what’s the point in fact ?
The return process does not offer any update on the status which is worrisome !!! The customer service takes 1 week to answer, literally, the refund process is extremely slow, no updates on status, no refund and it has been 3 weeks already and still waiting for a status update! They already took the money! I will never again use this online shop. Swiss Buyer beware!

Wrong item was delivered, but problem sorted fast

UPDATE: I changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars because Fashionette addressed the problems very promptly and correctly in just 2 days. They emailed me the return label, offered to match the initial price of the sunglasses (which went back to 260 CHF on their website) and gave a discount voucher on the next purchase.

Initial review:
I had only ordered 1 pair of sunglasses and they sent the wrong one... ordering and delivery was smooth, but still useless and now I have to waste my time with returns. What's worse, they increased the price of the sunglasses on their website from 260 to 400 CHF so I can't even reorder. They also forgot to include the free return label in my package.

I’m 176cm and have the strap at the…

I’m 176cm and have the strap at the shortest setting but still find that the bag sits very low on my back. If the bag isn’t full enough it tends to not lay properly either. The bag is well made however and can fit quite a bit in.

Everything is well when you are happy…

Everything is well when you are happy with the order. If there is an issue or refund it can be absolute nightmare. Once I received the wrong bag and now it's been over two weeks that i am waiting for my money back after returned item and absolutely ZERO customer service-I called, sent multiple emails and and all I hear is that the refund has "now" been initiated. I liked this shop but recent customer experience is just outrageous ( not to mention I have sent my return on 1st of September and it was booked on the 21st). so ultimately no money back after over a month from sending the item back.

Packaging was disappointing..

Packaging was disappointing... For such amount, box was not included and was just covered with with plastic.. metal was not protected as well like it was second hand item.
