My Fanno Journey to $3 Million in Sales

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2023, I discovered Fanno e-commerce through TikTok. Initially, I opened a store just to test the waters. Having previously run an online store on Amazon, which put a lot of pressure on me, I was drawn to Fanno's free store opening and traffic. While things weren't going smoothly at first, thanks to its low prices, I gradually built a loyal customer base who frequently visited my store to buy cosmetics. Due to COVID, e-commerce has grown rapidly, and discovering Fanno has changed my life.

Fanno has truly changed my life in my cross-border e-commerce journey. They have a great Telegram channel, and I understand there are a lot of sellers in the US. I opened my store at the suggestion of a friend. Initially, I had no idea what dropshipping was. It's very different from traditional e-commerce. I don't have to ship in person, and most importantly, I can work online. It's brought me a lot of extra income, and I'm striving to reach SSS-level merchant status as soon as possible!

I'm Jack. Fanno is a shining example of cross-border e-commerce. Trustoilot, you should expose the fake platforms that cause trouble for the real Fanno. I know how stressful the logistics, the hard work, the tight deadlines, the training, and taking work home can be. This is a disrespectful propaganda machine, pure evil, leaving a bad review. I know there are some fake e-commerce platforms impersonating Fanno, and people should check the domain name before leaving a review.

I noticed that there have been some negative comments about Fanno here. Unfortunately, I must inform everyone that "fannoshop" is not the official Fanno platform—it was a fraudulent website impersonating the brand. The site has now been shut down.

I use it for everything.I've ordered countless times from Fanno, and everything has always arrived on time, almost on time, and sometimes even early. I've rarely had to return anything, and I've never had any issues with it. Honestly, I'm surprised by the low rating.

Merchant money trap

As another reviewer mentioned this is a well constructed scam for those who open a store and expect to run a business for profit. Full of pitfalls and traps where they keep making you add more funds and when you try to withdraw your profits you'll find out they just want more money.

In about a month my store made 23k profit with investment around 30k. Total revenue I could withdraw was close to 60k including profit and investment.

I had large bulk orders at 4k, 8k, 12k, 28k, etc and if you don't invest more to fill these orders in 2days you'll be in violation and they'll seize everything. After investing enough to fill each order a week later the funds would return with the profits.

I did successfully take a 1k and 4k withdrawal so it seemed promising. When I was about to take my investment back a month later they told me I had to pay taxes because I exceeded 10k in profits. A tax breakdown for CA business owner was given and $5300 was due. Also each withdrawal takes 10% service fee upfront. I was aware of that and paid it on my first small withdrawals and as sketchy as it seems they did succeed. So paying taxes seems unavoidable so at least I wouldn't have to worry about it come tax time.

Before I paid the taxes I decided to see if this commerce and customer orders were even real. I signed up as a customer with another email address and made an order from my own store. To my surprise the order showed up on my store and even showed my correct details. Ok so I waited to see if it would come and to my surprise a few days later someone drop shipped it from their Amazon account, my body wash was delivered.

I paid the taxes and a 1k service fee to get a 10k withdrawal. My store had reached a level A with the amount of money invested. My 10k withdrawal never came and when I asked they told me the maximum I could request with store level A was $9999 so I went over by $1 and they said the only way I can get this to process is to upgrade to Level S and that takes another 20k. I said no way I have that to invest and please cancel my withdrawal or change it to $9999. They said nope it has already been processed with my 1k service fee applied and they can't change it. Also no other withdrawals are possible until this is completed. Total trap and why they wouldn't tell me I exceeded my maximum withdrawal amount when I requested it? Because they want you to fall into their money trap and know you will.

If I would of known the withdrawal limits and just taken 5k withdrawals maybe I would of succeeded to get more out.

At this point my store is still operating but I can never touch a dime until I invest 20k, hell no!

They did say I can request to close the store and pay a 10% security deposit of my total revenue and after a week when all the orders are processed they will refund my security deposit and withdraw all my funds to my external wallet.

That would mean handing them another 6k up front in hopes I'll get it back. Better than 20k but more than I have to lose so I'm doing nothing because I feel like they'll never give my money back no matter what promise they make and how much more I hand them.

I looked for reviews like this before I invested and didn't find any. Now I see one and adding my own.
If you are considered doing this don't do it.
If you are already sucked into it beware and only take small withdrawals and get as much out as you can before you fall into the trap you can't get out of. Each store level has a max withdrawal limit. Ask it.

If I ever get an extra 6k to gamble away I may try to close the store and see if anything comes back to me. But I feel like it's just throwing more money away so I have no plan to try this right now.

I feel like reporting it to the authorities but likely everything is done over seas and out of their jurisdiction. I'll probably report it anyway.

Also if you are doing this and want to avoid large bulk orders that demand more investment to purchase them just change your listed items for sale to cheap cosmetics and baby stuff. It helps to mitigate the demand to invest more. Apparently the prices are good enough for the consumers that want to wholesale goods for their own businesses.

As for reviews from people who are purchasing items I wouldn't be surprised there are problems. I can confirm there is real commerce going on but it's likely shady at best.

There were many red flags on my journey with Fanno that I should of payed attention too. My browsers warned me of malicious site stay away and even my antivirus software didn't want me to visit Fanno. Friends and family also warned me this is likely a scam. I initially wanted to try it with only about 5k invested and see what happens. That would of been ok to lose but the demand to keep investing and the high profit yield makes you keep wanting to grow which requires more investment.

Lesson learned, trust your gut and what's too good to be true usually isn't real and you'll regret it.

I was a store owner with FANNO SHOP. They have froze all my funds owe me over $250,000 and we are refusing to release my funds until I’m stupid enough to send them even more money that they will seize as well!! Total scam for the amount of money they have stolen from me. I plan on doing whatever it takes to recoup my funds. Stay as far away from this organization as possible they are big-time scammers. Take your money and will lock your funds up until you pay their demands of even another deposit!!! Obviously to steal that too

PROPER SCAM!

PROPER SCAM!! THEY SAY THE HAVE POSTED THE ITEM BUT THEY NEVER ARRIVE AND WHEN YOU REQUEST A REFUND THEY REFUSE YOUR REFUND REQUEST AND IF YOU FILE A DISPUTE THEY WILL REFUSE THE DISPUTE AS WELL!! STAY AWAY FROM FANNO APP!!!

I WILL HAVE TO GO FILE A DISPUTE THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!

I do not recommend them

I do not recommend them. I ordered some items which were delivered (eventually) but 3 items said they were with the courier company but the delivery tracking number did not exist with the couriers or Royal Mail so I could not track. They were due to be delivered in February. I emailed, filled in the stuff on their app. The only replies I got were to fill in their app form - which I did 3 times - and then to submit proof I had talked to the courier company. I replied that I couldn't as their tracking numbers did not exist. The reply? Fill in the app.

Hopeless. I have contacted my card company for a refund.

Lousy service.

Once loved, soon to be forgotten!

I have had some really great things, and I mean REALLY great things, from sellers on Fanno, I've been very happy with nearly all of my orders. I've taken time to give truthful and detailed reviews, including pics, I've had vouchers etc and have been given a refund for one none delivered, and one cancelled by seller order, without too much trouble. I told my friends, colleagues and even strangers about Fanno, but oh, hasn't that come to bight my proverbial with it's sharpened teeth!
Had an order for garden lights FOUR PIECES, 4 stated in the description, 4 stated in package content, and 4 stated VERY clearly in the pictures. I received ONE! So requested, and sent all the info listed for my refund, pictures, order numbers etc (all info is already there for them when you ask for help, as you start by selecting the offending item by the way) recieved a response, and as others have already stated, it said how much they respect their customers and will do everything to help, blah blah blah, but yet again asking for all the details under the sun, sent everything and more AGAIN, and stated that I would be very happy to receive my 3 other lights or a refund, both were rejected!!! AGAIN I explained the seller was blatantly using false advertising, and that the sale page was still there, exactly the same, stating 4 lights, yet again, I received a response rejecting my refund, and oddly again saying how important customers are and asking for all the detailed info about the order and item, only difference this time there's nowhere to reply, just the solved button, which I will NOT press. This, I now belive is an automated response, so basically, shut up, take your 1 light and go away!
This garden light was part of an order of 3 items, all different sellers (the other 2 items really are very good), but the reviews are tied together, so I can't post about the good items while I try to sort the bad. So I wrote glowing reviews including pics for the good items, but was also totally honest about the light, hoping to help others, I tried to leave said reviews, and what a surprise, it keeps telling me my reviews won't go through and to try again later! It's been 2 weeks since I started to try leaving these reviews, and I've continued to try every couple of days with the same failed to send, so either their feedback isn't working or they won't go through because I haven't said my complaint is solved, this is not right, the great sellers aren't getting their deserved reviews and I can't post about my experience with a bad seller to help other buyers, isn't that the whole purpose of reviews?
Anyway, I have a telephone number for the seller of the garden light from the sellers store info page, and I am making that call. If Fanno can't keep to their refund PROMISE then I'll sort it myself, very unlikely to use Fanno again, definitely won't be recommending them to anyone and I feel awful for the people I have told how good Fanno is (was).
Don't buy from Fanno, they are everything and more of what others on here say they are, unsupportive, automated message button pushers, who, after I've praised them, and even fought their corner within my reviews, when other customers have blamed Fanno, and not the sellers for sending wrong/broken/missing merchandise, they haven't tried to help me, stopped the seller, or made the seller change their misadvertised page.
Try JOOM, I've had a couple of things go wrong but I've never been treated badily or disrispected like Fanno have. JOOM, like WISH but without the postage 😂 (do keep an eye on VAT though, everything is cheap until you get the poke in the eye with the total, still cheaper than Wish's postage though). Take care, don't let these people away with this sort of thing, have a bit of fun with those little grey packages coming through your door, but shop wisely, if there's reviews, read them, and leave written reviews, not just stars, hopefully we can then help each other toward a much more enjoyable and less costly shopping experience.

I bought two different smart watches one for me and my daughter the one my daughter has works fine my one battery last about 4 hours max then needs recharging
Contacted Fanno not interested in replacing or refund
So bother buying anything from them

Pathetic products backed by pathetic…

Pathetic products backed by pathetic customer service team.

Got so many faulty or defective Products and when applied for return/refund, those requests are simply rejected with no clear reasons or description by support team.

There is no direct number to reach out to express frustration

No delivery, no Refund!

Message sent to company.

Another item not sent and charged for with no refund. This is not worry free purchasing. Would order anything costly, you probably wouldn't send that either . This is going on Trustpilot.

Was impressed at first, cheap and cheerful bits, but instantly refused refund on undelivered items. No response when opening a dispute.

Placed an order for 18 items in December received 1 I'm still waiting on the rest coming have been in touch with Fanno 6 e-mails I have sent and they just keep repeating themselves over and over again with the same e-mails eg:- we Need order number/s,screen shots,and I have sent screen shots of all they have asked me to sed to them to no avail. So I'm very very angry with them there customer service is terrible I've lost £37.00 I would not recommend Fanno to anyone
