Great experience, ordered on the Monday night and arrived Wednesday. Got a lovely thank you note and some extra packs with the Pokemon. Really easy to navigate on the site and super smooth! 100% recommend

Will buy again. Was a delay in fast delivery but that was royal mails fault but trendz sorted it asap. They respond quick to emails. Secure and trustworthy.

Getting back to there consumers when they send an email i waited a week and sent another and its now been a bit longer that. Like okay thanks.
Bassically they had a use this code at the top of the Website get this off tried it it didn't work.
Then it pops up sign up and get 10er off.
Guess what didn't work.
The code went through to start with but when I went and paid I realise it popped up with the full price. I double checked and sure enough it went through full price then they dont reply to emails so great service really.

Ordered a Topps Prem League 26 Hobby Box - order was delivered quickly and in great condition! Pulled some unreal cards!!! Definitely worth the price. Will be buying from TRNDS again :)

Have used trnds a few times now for hard to come by shoes and some colorways they no longer stock in the retail stores. All authentic no issues and customer service is 5/5. Prompt delivery and great communication. High recommend!

What a great shop will always be our first place to look for trainers. James and Jamie are the nicest guys and a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and friendly. They really no there stuff about trainers. Very honest to unlike other shops who will tell you anything to purchase. If they don’t think there right for you or won’t fit they will 100% let you no. They go above and beyond. Trainers came well packaged and speedy delivery. Purchased on a Sunday evening and had them by Tuesday morning. They do a fantastic live on TikTok and I enjoy sitting in it when there on learning and seeing all the trainers. Give them a go you won’t be disappointed with your purchase or trusting the guys 😁

I was a little disappointed with the delivery; it took over a week to arrive, and the box was all ripped apart.

Incredible customer service. Spoke to a man named James on WhatsApp about my order as it had been several days past the delivery lead time. Royal Mail (as per) had not delivered it or updated the status of the delivery so completely out of trnds hands and yet James worked some magic and ensured my order arrived a day after making contact with him. Can’t recommend high enough!

Ordered trainers 31st May. Said they were on there way. No trainers arrived. Contacted them said there was a mix up and that I would have my trainers on Saturday 7th june m. Now the 9th. No trainers and won’t answer any emails.

Having placed an order for next day special delivery, I had reached out to customer services about the importance of the order arriving by 1pm next day. Exclusivetrnds had assured me they would do their part, which they did.

Royal Mail however let us both down and failed to pick up the order.

James from exclusivetrnds was immediately on it, notifying me first thing in the morning and rectifying the order and coming to a solution together.

I couldn’t be more happier with this shop; the genuine item was packaged well in recyclable packaging, and I look forward to shopping with them again.
