They kept changing the price of their offer as it got closer to installations. Eventually canceled and found other supplier with the original price they promised.

I have been waiting 4 months for an installation, abysmal customer communication. Stalling, and no interest to solve the issue despite questions. They need to revisit their customer journey as this is by design faulty. Issues still not solved and my time been wasted is still ongoing...

The communication was easy
The communication was easy, the staff was very helpful, and they explained all the details of the installation process. The installation also went smoothly. Perhaps they could have sent out a checklist closer to the installation regarding what should be prepared at the installation site (e.g., I did not know/forgot by the time of installation that I would have to dig a hole for the freestanding charger pole base), but overall everything went really nice!
Easy and perfect
Easy to communicate with before and after the installation, and I have not had any problems with the installation or the charger. Satisfied.
Good and professional service
Overall I’m really happy with the service. Everything was professional and the installation team did a great job. The only downside was the wait - it took more than 2 weeks from order to installation.
Sending extra invoice for nothing
I was surprised to receive an extra bill , as nothing unusual or extra was communicated to me during or before the installation.
I have already paid the original bill, and I do not understand what this additional cost is for.
I have also tried to reach your call center by phone but was unable to get through.
I was very happy with the service and installation but seems like evify is trying to surprise people and make them frusturated just to get more money. Hope this resolves in a better solution.

Could not have wished for more
We had a Zaptec Go and a Tesla Wall connector installed by Evify. The electrician was very capable and understood my needs. They were placed exactly where I wanted them and were up and running in a couple of hours.
Easy to do business
Very good customer service answered the numerous questions I had always professionally and with good customer focus.

Great Help from Evify pre-installing Solcellsbatteri - Pixii Home & Greenely !
I wanted to share how happy I am with the help I got from Oscar Åldstedt at Evify. I'm planning to get solar panels and a battery for my house, and Oscar was awesome over the phone. He answered all my concerns and questions about the solar battery called Pixii Home & Greenely and made everything easy to understand.
Even though they haven't put the panels on my house yet, Oscar made me feel good about what's coming. He was friendly and knew a lot about what I needed. I think if they do as good a job putting in the panels as Oscar did on the phone, I'm going to be very happy.
If you're thinking about getting solar stuff for your house, you should definitely talk to Evify. I can't wait to see how it all turns out when they install everything!
Poor customer service
Ordering was easy and swift. But during installation it turned out that the charger was defective. It was supposed to be replaced rapidly, but after initial email Evify got quiet and did not respond to emails
