Onbuy.com allow unfit suppliers on…

Onbuy.com allow unfit suppliers on their platform. I purchased through onbuy using a supplier named Everything 4 U. Uk Ltd. Terrible experience then I looked at their Trustpilot reviews. Take a look, they are terrible! It’s a shame Onbuy don’t care about the suppliers they use.

They do not honour warranty periods!!

I purchased a kettle with warranty from them through Onbuy.com. Everything 4 U Uk didn’t want to know when it went wrong in the warranty period. First they said it was too late when it wasn’t and then blamed the manufacturer even though they were responsible for handling warranty issues. Onbuy are no better as they keep using this company and told me to take legal action…. Over a kettle!!
