I am sceptical by nature so did not think this was going to make the difference it has. Both my wife and i have been sleeping really well with the sleep dots, very deep unbroken sleep which has been wonderful for my wife who is menopausal. Really rate this product and recommend them.

Total scam this company is fake
Total scam this company is fake. I wore the band for a few weeks and it ended up making my arm swell. It’s red and sore and painful. Do not fall for this fake company. The products don’t work.

It is a disadvantage not having a EU distributor. I had to pay 13.50€ customs charge for one Energy dot. For this reason I won’t be purchasing more of your products.

Am very happy with all my purchases from Energydots helping to protect me from EMF's. I am very sensitive to them. My sleep is much better too. The pendant is lovely and I wear it throughout the day. The pyramid is very beautiful and leaves a calm feeling where I meditate.

No nonsense company
I ordered the products made a mistake and ordered the same product twice . Phoned them up explained, no problem send it back to us ,which I did and received my refund . Straight back into my bank account in a couple of days . Good old fashioned service , and there is none of the press this button for this, and press this button for that , you actually get to speak to a human being .

I haven't received the product or any updates and it has been almost a month. I have tried to contact Energydots and no reply, no tracking and now idea when my product will arrive. It was ordered Feb 16.

Hello Sandy. We received your email on 6th March regarding your order which had been dispatched on 17th February. We replied the same day with all the tracking information and when you emailed again on 12th and 13th March we replied to both emails the same day. As Royal Mail International tracking showed it had not been delivered we re-dispatched it on 14th march and the tracking shows it was delivered on 27th March. We very rarely have issues with the Royal Mail International service but obviously in this case there was a problem which is why we resent your order. I think perhaps our replies to you must have gone into your spam folder. I hope you are now enjoying your energydots and once again apologies for the delivery issue.

Never received order
Never received order. Then I was contacted by energydots that there was an issue wirh mail being delayed by strike. After reassurance by Lucy that my order was on the way, it arrived safe and sound. I originally gave a one star rating but the customer service is just superb. I had to say five star superb! Thank you Lucy and energy dots.
