Never received order
Never received order. Then I was contacted by energydots that there was an issue wirh mail being delayed by strike. After reassurance by Lucy that my order was on the way, it arrived safe and sound. I originally gave a one star rating but the customer service is just superb. I had to say five star superb! Thank you Lucy and energy dots.

We are so sorry you haven't received your order, we apologise for this but due to postal strikes in the UK we have had lots of orders not reach their destination.
