I ordered the products made a mistake and ordered the same product twice . Phoned them up explained, no problem send it back to us ,which I did and received my refund . Straight back into my bank account in a couple of days . Good old fashioned service , and there is none of the press this button for this, and press this button for that , you actually get to speak to a human being .
