The product is good but they are made in China not Spain. If you are ordering from the USA you will pay very high tariffs - 50%.
Slow/non-existent refund process
I placed my first order which unfortunately was delivered to an incorrect address. Informed customer service pretty promptly of this to give them the opportunity to replace or either refund the order.
Had correspondence with multiple staff in the customer service team all of which seemed to not have any competence to resolve the issue, and went round in circles with them for weeks.
Had to resort to opening a case with the ECC and conducting a chargeback through my bank to finally receive a refund, after 8 weeks from order date.
Unfortunately cannot comment on the quality of clothes as I never received anything however going off the refund reviews from others I would avoid and wouldn't recommend based on my experience with customer service team.

Horrible ! They said shipping was covered but had to pay a 80$ extra because of customs. Payed more over customs than the real hoodie. Better off with scuffers or any other brand. they promised me shipping was covered and i had to leave my ACCOUNT IN NEGATIVE beacause of their costly mistakes very disappointed.

I ordered the Jayde Cloud pants which they listed in their site description as 100% cotton, and when I received it, it was made of 97% polyester and it was made in China. What tops it off is that I usually wear a size 34, and the size 34 fit like it was 30 or so, terrible sizing. (Mind you, I looked at their sizing charts.)
I was also surprised with a customs fee which was almost the same price as the pants ($70) The pants were $99, and shipping was another $10. They don't let you know during check out but it was one of the pages on their website, which was "Shipping" page.
Don't buy from them. I made my mistake and others have experienced the same thing.

Returning customer never to return again
I was a returning customer wanting to purchase pants but the size chart was very confusing, so I reached out via email (to really just confirm what I found through Google as I assumed their sizes were going by EU). HEIDI was condescending and not helpful at all. She kept referring to the size chart as if I was an idiot who didn't bother to look in the first place. I kept saying that the chart does not show a size 36 in inches (how sizes are measured in the US) but instead of just confirming what I was sure was the right size, she KEPT referring to the size chart. Funny because I got an email about a month ago from them asking for feedback and to reach out before leaving a negative review. You honestly have to just lol. Maybe terrible customer service is the reason your company isn't doing well!!!!!!!!! Thats cleary the case given so many negative reviews. Incredible how small businesses think they can treat their customers terribly and still thrive. To be frank, I really want the pants so I will probably still purchase but I will NEVER go back to this site. Heidi literally just keeps emailing me to 'compare the sizes to a 36' - which is literally impossible when US measurements go by inches of your waist and that's clearly not how it's measured on their site.

They lost a point because of the inconvenience which was the original issue.
My mum ordered a size XL in a jacket for my birthday, a week after ordering (and confirmation) and no communication they emailed her to say that actually the XL was out of stock now.
It was very disappointing as it took so long for them to realise they couldn’t send me the item in the correct size.
They offered her a refund or a replacement and with very quick responses from the customer service team, we managed to get the same item (but a different size) and it was delivered so quickly to the uk.
The customer service team were great, despite the issue at the start and sorted this promptly for her.
I would definitely shop with them again.

extremely poor quality
not only bad service, but some of the worst quality i’ve received on a piece in my life. was maybe 8 inches short on the back and looked RIDICULOUS on, and was 50 shades of blue too light, not to mention the poor structure of the garment. embarrasing.

I fell in love with the shop and bought for 450 pound of clothing as a first purchase and I'm happily surprised about the quality. Shipping took 3 days to the UK. The only dark spot was that additional customs clearance fees were required (160pound in my case). It is indeed mentioned on the website but nowhere during the checkout process (this should be improved for transparency in my opinion). I would still recommend shopping with this brand, just make sure to pick the right sizing based on the models presented and expect additional taxes when purchasing from abroad.
All Items Are Not What It Seem Like
The use different types of materials for the same kind of shirts. The sizes are every time different than others. Also the logo’s are falling of after washing a tee one time. I ordered 2 times and I’ll never do it again. WORST brand ever.

Solved my problem but took me months
After having a problem never reciving my clothes - and writing a bad review here - I now got it, and all went well. I am happy about receiving it now, but 3 months later - I wish I had not had to do so. Anyway - thank you for following up on the Order - although the clothes were for winter, I am now getting them. Although the delivery was a little late (13 days, instead of the 4 to 9 that was written) it wasn't something that bothered me, as I live in a different country. I was completely satisfied with what I bought, very good quality and definitely worth the money. Reading the comments here, I wanted to make sure that I would not have to pay anything more than what I already paid, the response from the service was quick and informative and of course, there was no extra charge.
