Never got my clothes

Never got my clothes - also after complaning! I have written you so many times and no one cares - now I get this.

Solved my problem but took me months

After having a problem never reciving my clothes - and writing a bad review here - I now got it, and all went well. I am happy about receiving it now, but 3 months later - I wish I had not had to do so. Anyway - thank you for following up on the Order - although the clothes were for winter, I am now getting them. Your action makes me trust you again and want to shop from you more, but I do also think I should have got a gift or something as I bought the sweather before Christmas and first now got it#190882

Never got my clothes!

Be CAREFUL !!!
Here, the 25th of April, still no news from Scuffer,s only here on Trustpilot - where is my sweater that I have paid for!!

I returned my sweater after agreeing to the 14-day return policy being extended—as it had been Christmas, and you buy the gift in good time. Then I paid for the different items, as I chose another sweater, which was more expensive. Since then, I have never heard back from custom service or received my clothes. Now, it's the 6th of March. How can Scuffers take people's money and not send or respond to five emails asking where my sweater is?
