Cannot even Rate it, Disguisting Customer Service.
Cannot even rate a one. Truly poor, disappointing and unprofessional customer service from the team.
For several months I have been trying to return a parcel worth £90 of clothes. As the warehouse is based in Spain I paid for shipping, providing customer service with all the relevant details for tracking to keep up to date and transparency. The first time the delivery driver attempted ‘no one was in’. No chasing on Eme Studios part considering it is their clothes waiting to return with a customer who has paid for their service. When emailed to question this I was basically told it simply is not their problem and there was no willingness to follow up on their side. Explained how I am in England and they are in Spain so there is nothing I can do when it gets into Spain, and not only would they not check there is complete complacency and no willingness to chase or follow up. Carelessness and ignorance towards a customers money. Over £110 worth of money invested to which I don’t even have any of their clothes items as I sent it for return.
The parcel after weeks then got sent back and I sent it again for first class, paying extra and again notifying customer service for which they said they’d attentively expect the delivery. The same thing happened once again and their response to this ocassion on the second time knowing the extent of arrangement put into it was that it is a courier issue- and they don’t offer the service. When it is THEIR BUSINESS, and a CUSTOMERS money there is complete disregard, complacency and dismissive attitude. I explained to at least meet me halfway as I’ve done everything I can in the UK and I am not in Spain. Quite frankly they are not bothered so I know am left £150 short which I will be taking legal action due to unprofessionalism. Do NOT BUY.
