I stupidly thought this was the official DVLA site , but I was diverted to this scam site that took 2 payments of £39 to renew my driving licence.

They make they're money by people making this mistake.

When trying to contact them they do not respond even when asked how to make an official complaint.

Shame on Google for allowing them to be a sponsored site on their search!

Absolutely disgusted with the service I…

Absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from hello fresh. I have been waiting for my delivery all day (8am-7pm). I rung them just after 7 to be placed on hold for nearly 15 minutes. I then get put through to a customer care team member. The whole time I could barely hear her as in the back ground they were all talking and laughing very loudly. (Clearly the reason why I had to wait). I get told that my delivery was damaged and returned. But out of good will gesture they were going to refund me the money (yes for the box I didn't receive!). The last few times I haven't received any information when my box was due or able to track my delivery. I now have wasted a whole day waiting in and have no meal plan or food for the week and back to work tomorrow. I asked to be put onto a manager and was told I'd get a call back but couldn't give me a day or time estimate.

It's so disappointing to hear that your delivery was damaged and didn't arrive. We can assure you that our Delivery Team is working hard to make sure all the boxes are delivered and we endeavour to let our customers know about any delivery errors as soon as our Couriers inform us that they have encountered an issue.

We're truly sorry for the tough position this put you in and that you were not duly informed as we are aware your dinners were planned around this delivery.

If you have requested a manager callback, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding regarding this matter as they do need to investigate the delivery itself as well as any prior interactions you've had with us in order to understand your case better but we can assure you that you will be contacted and your concerns addressed appropriately.
