Charged custom duties and this was not explicitly stated on the website. I reached out to customer service and there was no response. Terrible company and I will never order from here again.

Do not order if you are international. They don't include proper paperwork and you will be slammed with duties before you even get your package (still waiting on mine).

Ordered a dirndl and apron, it was too big so I returned it.
Went through the steps of notifying them of my return on the 10th of October. Delivery was attempted on the 17th and it is waiting to be collected. I anticipate it will be returned to me due to unsuccessful delivery... They haven't responded to any communication. Currently trying to get money back through my bank.
I'm so disappointed, I ordered from them about 10 years ago and they were so helpful so I didn't even think to check any reviews this time round.

Shipping was slow. The dirndl did arrive on time, but unfortunately it was WAY too tight. I returned it according to the instructions on the website, and using the return slip in the box. It has been over a month and I have not received a refund yet. I have followed up twice with their customer service email and received no response. DO NOT order from this website. It's a scam and they will keep your money.
Worst customer service!
Worst customer service!! I ordered two drindls and would like to refund one. I sent it back on 11th September and wrote an email to their customer service team on the 15th September. My tracking information shows that it arrived at the destination and there was an attempted delivery on the 21st September. Nobody was there to receive the parcel and it was sitting in the redelivery centre for a whole month!! On 20th October it was shipped back to the UK and I received it today. Their customer service did not reply to my emails at all. It is one of my most frustrating shopping experience.
Never received my order and charged for it
Never received my order, and was still charged. I reached out via email twice to inquire and no response at all. I had to submit a dispute with my credit card company so that I won't have to pay for it. What a mess.
Great product beware of US import duties (thanks to tariffs)
My dirndl, blouse, apron, was great quality, perfect fit and I received lots of compliments. The only thing I was not happy about was that I had to pay an import duty of $178.03 which is half what I paid for the whole package. They do list on their website that if shipped outside the EU it may be subject to fees but this was a ridiculous cost and they should make US buyers aware. I appreciate its because of Trump tariffs but still.

No money refund
I ordered items worth €140, which arrived correctly, but unfortunately the size didn’t fit.
I returned my order, which was delivered to the company on August 19 (tracked by shipment), but as of today, September 30, I still haven’t received my refund. I have been writing to Support for a week now, but there is absolutely no response - neither to my emails nor regarding my money.
Sadly, the refund process is delayed far beyond normal, cause I hoped to get my money in a normal way, and PayPal rejected my claim because too much time had passed :(

Do NOT purchase anything from this store. It is a total scam. They sent the incorrect size and incorrect color on the dirndl I ordered. There was NOT ONE thing correct about my order. They need to go out of business as they will send you whatever they want and you will get no recourse from the company. They have not responded to my email to their "service" department--what a joke! I wouldn't get paid if I completed incorrect orders all day.....why should they! How they are in business is beyond comprehension....sliding by on duping people on the internet probably.

Placed an order in March for long Lederhose, 1 shirt, 1 gilet, pair of socks. Returned lederhose and shirt because too big and correctly reimbursed. Therefore place new order fr lederhose with correct size. Order confirmed via mail on April 10th. Since then they are disappeared. Sent 4 reminders and for 3 time received apologise and promise to sent tracking number update. As per today No answer on my late complaint dated May 30th. I assume my 140€ are lost. This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company! I ordered a felt hat for Oktoberfest. When it arrived, the color of the hat looked very different from the picture that was posted online (e.g., bright green versus deep olive green). When I reached out, they refused to refund the shipping costs, which were 60 USD (!), and said they would deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund on the item, which meant I would get back almost nothing. They simply suggested I sell the hat myself locally. Do not order from Dirndl.com.

Worst Customer service ever, absolut contempt for customers!
As a costume designer, after buying for around 2500€ on this website last month for an amazon movie, I returned a parcel containing some items (around 150€).
I have the proof that they received the parcel on april 30th. I tried to get to them, wondering what is going on with my return and how long it will take them to refund. ABOLUTELY NO ANSWER, except from an automatic answer, it's impossible to reach them on the phone. I just filed a complaint against them through the Europeen union. Still no reaction from them...
Dishonest an unprofesional, THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
(and, one day after I left that review, Dirndl.com is asking for more informations on trustpilot!!!! Are you kidding me? They have all the informations they need and they don't bother to answer all my emails!!!!)

Hi. 2 separate orders. Lederhosen and dirndl dress and second socks and shirt . No problem with ordering, paying. On the time delivery to Ireland.

I have had a similar experience in purchasing from this company. Beware of the recommended sizing guide to convert to US sizes. They are about 2 sizes smaller. I returned my dirndl and blouse ($215) on July 12th, 2022 spending $41 via USPS, following the directions given to me by customer support at DIrndl.com. I was hoping to get a refund to purchase another dirndl before my trip for the Munich Oktoberfest in late Sept. In early October the package had been returned to my address with the explanation "non-admin". No refund has been received.
