The dress arrived late. Besides that is not what I ordered. I'm asking to have refund or the dress which I order but they are not collaborative and instead trying to convince me to keep the dress. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Of course I only read the reviews on here after placing an order and it really freaked me out. I emailed them to try and cancel the order but they told me it was already shipped.
Luckily my dirndl arrived really fast (3days) and it was the one I ordered. Quality is decent but for that price it does feel a little bit scammy. I decided to keep it because of their return process (6,99€ for return label, 4,99€ processing fee, 5% of order amount ‚shipping processing fee‘, have to email them to get the return label then have to email them with the tracking number etc. just seems like a huge pain). I won’t be ordering there again but happy to report I didn’t have any of these really bad issues!
I did cancel my order half an hour later. No answer. I did again the next day. Still no answer.
I did get two mails from them asking me about my order, although I didn't get anything...
I ordered blue dirndl, green arrived. Then the return was not possible, because 14 days passed. SCAM website.
Careful !!!
This website is not recommended and do all that you do not get you money back!!
1. The dresses are made in china and not good as shown
2. When you ask to return the dresses, they write you email after emails proposing discounts or to keep the dress until it is too late to return
3 if you finally manage to return they said you violated the policy as you are too late and do not reimburse you.
I have just lost 200€ so carefully the are I recommended company with not respect of commercial rule!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They will not let you return your items, it is a scam! The quality is also awful. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
