Some guy named "Brian" sent me a message via WhatsApp claiming signed up on his website (not true). He gave me an address of 18 York Street in Toronto (where this company doesn't exist) and a url that doesn't exist either & a phone number 289-278-7572.
Total fake!

Absolutely nightmare from day 3. So wish I had pulled out when I had the chance . Now I can’t even see my web page after paying then thousands of $$. Go else where

My brother and I used this company to create our website we had a very horrible experience! It was one of the worst experiences we ever had working with a company! The website was handed over back in November! 2023 Today is Jan 16 2024 after weeks of receiving harassing calls! Emails! Threats this was the last text they sent to my brother! And if you Google our website rite now u will see they delivered on they promise because of a bad review from a bad experience! They have went back and taken down our website permanently! Is that even legal? I would advise any one looking to do business with this company to RUN

This company has been the worst design company I have ever had to deal with I started a project September 22 and now it’s nov 13 and I’ve trying to get my money back for 2 weeks they refused even doe they claim to offer 100% money back and then I just asked to receive the website unfinished because I had some what of my own design skills! They refused to do so wanted more payment on the payment even doe they took months to do half the Work and still didn’t complete my project. I would not recommend my worst enemy to use this company u will reject it every single day after.

Design Mate Pro has delivered on its promise. They promised to learn about our business, meet our timeline expectations, and be transparent. I can confidently say that they exceeded my expectations in every aspect of discovery, design, editing, and launch. They were open to feedback and provided guidance. Overall, the team with whom we worked made me eager to answer the phone when they called. They truly provide their customers with a white glove treatment from beginning to end.

Working with the Design Mate pro team was a blast for me. More than merely providing a service was done. They worked with me to improve my programs in every way. They went above and beyond to improve my design rather than just giving me what I asked for.

The prior SEO company was capable, however Design Mate Pro has found several problems that the other company did not. Design Mate Pro's overall workflow is pretty impressive, and the reporting system is quite comprehensive.

The Design Mate Pro crew was proactive, competent, and very receptive to our needs. They helped us establish a distinct product vision and prioritize important features. Design Mate Pro has given us all we need right now.

Design Mate Pro- Are really the Pro’s, I was in search of a website company to design a travel business website and didn’t want to spend a lot on it, and I found Design Mate Pro who made everything seamless from the initial call with Steve Johnson, who deserve 5 stars, he did an Excellent Job and closed the deal ! Once I signed up, I was then introduced to Alex Stevenson my designated project Manager who outlined a plan in detail, he is very much a high level Professional and Intellectual Manager, and working on my business website, together he always ensured my questions was answered clearly and with professional advisement… Alex has shown exemplary work habits with great attention to details. He is an AMAZING Pro, I can't say enough about this company and the folks like Steve and Alex, will refer anyone looking for website/design/hosting company like this, as it has been a great opportunity working with them.
