One of the worst after purchase policies Ive ever seen. So just be aware if you buy from Delta, and there is a manufacturing error with your product, they don’t have a team which comes, fixes it (while it’s on warranty) & replaces it if the manufacturer error is not fixable. Once you buy from them you’re on your own, which will cost you time & money, & the only thing Delta will offer is to send a part you paid someone to diagnose as the problem & will pay again to hopefully fix it. In 2025 that they operate like this is fairly shocking.
Bad customer service
To make a long story short, I was told I would receive a refund and they reneged on it. The customer service people are not helpful & some sound bored to death when you talk with them.
I will not use this company again. All I really needed was a small stopper replacement which they do not have. I ended up paying for a faucet that was under warranty, postage & a plumber. They need to educate their workers. Not Happy! This started in June of 2025 and just ended Oct 1 2025 Ridiculous
Looking for replacement parts
Called to get all new shower fixtures. Found out they would replace them all for Free! So happy! Person we talked to was so nice and helpful. Took a picture of what we needed. She said thet was all she needed and would ship the new ones out today. Great customer service!

Worst company they don't honor their warranty terrible customer service would not return my emails try to get new cartridge they sent me valves springs and seats after telling me they would send me a cartridge run from this company don't ever buy stick with American standard and Kohler and glacier Bay reasonably priced way better company that honors their warranties
We bought our house new 13 years ago…
We bought our house new 13 years ago and there are Delta hardware throughout. Comes a time when things wear out. A sink in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off so I bought a new replacement cartridge for it, relatively inexpensive so I did it. Well, the kitchen faucet started giving me issues. It’s a single lever with the pull out sprayer. I went to Home Depot to get these and found the cartridge was going to be $30. So, the sales person said call Delta because these have a lifetime warranty, so I did. I wish I had wrote down the reps name because he was super nice and located my cartridge and the sprayer head with the hose I needed. I received these two items in the mail within 6 days, put them on the sink and now I have a new sink. Thank You Delta, your warranty saved me close to $100.00.

Called bc our 20 yr old kitchen faucet was leaking. Wait time was less than 1 min. Very professional customer service rep (which never happens). She located the part we needed that should be received within 10 days. Haven’t had a better customer service experience for many, many years. Excellent.
Delta Online Purchases
Bought shower trim & rough valves for 2 bathroom remodel. Bought directly from Delta online. Plumber recommended another brand. Since it was 2 orders, I sent each back as separate return. Took about 6 wks and numerous calls to get my money back. Second return has been 3 wks, called today and got no answers. If you buy direct from Delta hope you don't have to return it. If you have an installed Delta, keep your fingers crossed you don't need answers and help from customer service.

Called in because my bathroom sink faucet handle is locked up. It's really hard to turn if it will turn at all. The guy who took my call was super nice, patient with me and professional. It was a pretty easy process to go through despite my not having a whole lot of info about the actual faucet on hand. I had looked up what I believed it to be ahead of time just in case, but he was able to use video chat to confirm it. Theyre sending out a replacement and we'll be up and running again in a few days. Super easy. If only other companies made it this smooth for customers when there was an issue....
Delta customer service is the best!
I contacted Delta customer service regarding a shower faucet problem and received a response the same day.
My faucet is over 10 years old and knew it was past warranty but asked if parts were available.
The customer service rep investigated my faucet to identify model and is sending replacement parts at no cost to us.
I have always loved Delta and will continue to purchase their products.
Instructional links to install were also provided as well as an offer to assist via phone or email if there is trouble installing the parts!
Maybe the people with problems did not handle their requests with courtesy or respect for the people they dealt with???
Wonderful customer service
I called delta faucet for troubleshooting advice for my tub and shower faucet. I'm not a professional and could only describe the model and problem I was having. Rachel, the customer service agent I spoke with was right on it. She understood what I was talking about and had answers for me right away. In this day of terrible customer service, this was a wonderful experience. Thank you Rachel for your help and Delta for hiring a very capable and nice person.
More cost, less quality.
Very disappointed in the modern Delta parts. A new nine month old faucet, (169.o$) already leaking. You pay more and get less. I dont recommend and Delta products, unless you like to repair stuff constantly.
Don’t believe the warranty BS, they don’t stand by it.
My spray faucet is 5 years old and already worn out, leaking. I’m a 60 year old so no kids playing with it, just piss poor quality and my local hardware stores won’t exchange it. Cheap China made crap that they don’t stand behind even though they promise warranty, the LIE. There is no warranty unless you keep the bill, which they know people won’t after a year so they always win by lying about their warranties.
Horrible water spots
I always bought Kohler products, but for my new bathroom, I've decided on Delta because I liked their Zura design. It cost $1,500 for the shower system, plus almost $600 for the matching faucet.
As soon as the project was done, the faucets will have spots on them. Very HORRIBLE spots! To keep it clean, it's not just a simple wipe-away the water, you have to really polish it. As soon as you take a shower, the faucet will look like you haven't cleaned it in years!
I called Delta, and they claim it's user error. They said I have to clean it very well AFTER every shower. They wouldn't stand behind their products. DO NOT GET THEM, unless you love cleaning after every shower.

Did you know that Delta Faucets have a lifetime warranty? Even my old shower faucet. I wanted to repair this old Delta faucet that after 30 years began to leak.
Not sure what I needed and so confusing I googled Delta customer service online that gave me a number to call. I took a picture of it for the very patient representative and she said normally these parts were $19.00 but as a complementary service she would mail the parts free of charge. Wow I was happy but what happened is my roommate through away the envelope,not knowing that it held the small springs and seals for my faucet.
I had to call back and reorder the parts expecting to pay for them . I told the representative honestly what happened and that I would like to reorder. To my surprise Delta sent the parts a second time free of charge.
THANK YOU DELTA FAUCETS COMPANY! I would recommend Delta for your next purchase. They are hands down a quality product !
Delta Faucet widespread bathroom faucet…
Delta Faucet widespread bathroom faucet installed 2022 handle cover cracks. Contacted Delta and two weeks later a new set of handles arrived, and my plumber installed them. Very happy with the process and service from Delta, had to send photos and model number with issue explained, I also still had a receipt from 2022.

I rarely give a review this positive but I simply can't deny this company credit for the exceptional customer service I was provided. I started having issues with my hydro rain dual shower head. I exhausted all other options (product manual, online forums, youtube etc) before resorting to contacting Deltas customer support team via live chat. Like many companies these days the initial chat was between myself and an A.I. bot. But unlike most other companies once I was alerted I was being transferred to a real person, I didn't have to wait forever to connect, within 30 seconds I was conn and chatting with my support specialist Christina. I explained the issue, provided basic information and provided a few photos they requested. In less than 30 minutes from first starting the live chat Christina informed me I would be receiving a total replacement of my shower head system at no charge. No fuss, no hassle, no need to provide endless details or "proof" of anything. Just a general idea of when it was first purchased (which was nearly 3 years ago btw) and it wasn't a problem when I couldn't recall for certain where it had been purchased from. I had gone into this expecting, at best, a troubleshooting guide to follow to fix the problem I was having so to come out of it with a whole new replacement system, with no cost to me was beyond my wildest dreams.
I highly recommend reaching out to their support team (via their direct website) for any needs regarding a delta faucets product. They will take care of you!

Not happy with Delta after calling for a replacement for a leaking faucet, they would not help at all.
They never delivered my faucet
They never delivered my faucet. When I called they promised a refund. After 30 days and 4 phone calls, I still don't have my refund. I'm a contractor and this problem has cost an issue with my customer. To make things worse, the customer service person was rude and unprofessional. They tell me a different story every time.
