This company is a scam
I signed up to take my cars from California to Texas, by $ 990.00 & i pay deposit of $240,00. but they don't keep their promise on the day of pick up they don't show up, i called them they told me to pay another $2000,00 to get picked my car, I find out that they agree with the track company to ship my cars by $1,700.00 but they ask me to pay another $2000.00. those guys are not loyal, believe me this is the reality, don't trust them.

Max was incredibly deceptive. He quoted me for a shipment of my vehicle, and then 3 days before the shipment date, told me that the price had changed to almost double the rate he quoted me for. This was after I had signed a contract/order form for the original payment. He said the price was passed down from the truck driver, but then was ultimately willing to negotiate the rate- which indicated to me that he was just playing around with numbers in a deceptive act to make more money off me. DO NOT USE.

I wanted to leave a positive review for the car delivery company that assisted me twice in transporting my vehicle to another state and also helped me receive a car from another state. This company excels in maintaining excellent communication with its clients. They are genuinely hardworking, honest, and truly invested in quickly finding a driver for you.

Here’s how the system generally works, regardless of which company you approach: You contact the company, and they use a specific database of drivers to broadcast that there is a vehicle needing transport along a certain route. The company then negotiates with drivers on the price. Initially, the price quoted to you might be quite appealing, but it’s important to understand that this might not be the final cost. For instance, if you live in an area where drivers don't frequently pass through, they may have to make a detour to pick up your car, leading to higher costs. So, don't expect the price to be just $200 or $300 in such cases.

This company did an excellent job of negotiating with drivers and arranging everything. I appreciated that they were responsive to both text messages and phone calls. Believe me, my situation was quite stressful, and throughout the process, I learned a lot about interstate car shipping.

One critical thing to note is that finding a driver depends not only on the company’s efforts but also on the availability of drivers for your specific route and location. If you’re in a major city, you might not have to worry about higher costs and could have a broader selection of drivers. In my case, I waited nearly 10 days for a driver. However, this wasn’t the company’s fault. This delay can happen with any company if you’re in an area with less frequent driver availability.

I want to express my gratitude to this company. They made it possible to transport my car, and their team did an exceptional job. Thank you!

I primarily was shopping for a cheapest/affordable quote for coast to coast auto shipping. I was aware that this could mean extra work on my part to do due diligence. Max helped to find a very affordable carrier and gave broker fee discount as well. Pickup and drop off were on time as scheduled. Even though I found what I was looking for, entire process was stressful. Despite being a small business they tried to do their best, though there were processes which seemed red flags at times such as submitting order form on a custom link (not part of their website), lack of payment processing on their website, request to pay to personal paypal account etc. - all of these kept me skeptical throughout. However, Max tried his best to win my confidence. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a service at affordable rates but don’t expect a seamless experience which you would get at a major corporation but charges more.

Wish I could give a 0 star rating. They are a bunch of con artists. They’re a middle man for transporters and I promise you’ll pay more than double what they quote you. Don’t trust them. The only good reviews I imagine they have are employees reviewing the company.

I moved my vehicle from Denver to Texas, I contacted several companies but they were not truthful about the prices. I got the text message Steven James , I talked to him regarding the process and the prices , there was no hidden charges involved.
Steven was very polite and professional.
I was impressed after he hang up . I called him back and discuss the situation.
He was straight forward and told me the exact numbers . Decided to move my vehicle.
I will recommend to anyone about his service.

Max and Sam made the whole transaction easy and seamless through excellent customer service. Delta was very reasonable on the transport costs and ensured there was complete transparency and frequent updates through the process. Overall, very happy with Max and Sam!

SCAM!!! They tell you anything to get your deposit then threaten to charge you legal fees for cancelling because they are unable to meet the price provided! Noah Hills is a liar and only makes excuses for his lies. Don’t make the mistake I did. This place isn’t even BBB accredited. RUN!!!

I need the shipment urgent. I contacted Noah he provide me the driver with in 24 hours and share options with me and he confirmed a driver at very cheap price.

This Company Employees ( Mark, Eric, Oliver and Manager Bratt he mention his name ) all These are Fraud, lier and there all good Review is fake. We contract transport car Los Angeles to San Francisco may 27,2024 for price of $210 and they told me that's guarantee price and we keep this amount $210 if i pay $70 now and $140 at delivery on may 28,2024.we drove from sfo to Los Angeles midnight so we there around 8am there pickup scheduled around 9 am they say no driver available for that price if i need car to be transport we have to pay $400 or more. Talking with all of them all day . they says this is the cheap price total amount $610 for that day also mentioned they still looking for cheap driver until 7 pm. Same thing $600 or more other wise they can pick up car one week later with that price. We told them no more business with you guys just return our $70 back but they refused because they saying we cancelled the contract so money not returnable. Spend 11 Hrs in los Angeles for this fraud company and return back next morning have to take day of from work for me and my wife. Do Not Trust this company and there good review
