I have rented Canon lenses (and some lights) from them many times. The equipment has always been in good working condition, ready when I arrived, and given to me with a smile. Their website works great, but they are easy to get a hold of on the phone when I've needed.

I've only had positive experiences ordering from CSi Rentals. Their service is straightforward and accessible. Their equipment is sound and reliable. The hairiness of film production is made much less complicated with CSi, and I intend to continue renting from them on my projects moving forward.

The store experience was amazing. But once I got to the photo shoot, the equipment didn't work. I was sure that the equipment is tested before, I didn't know that I have to test the equipment before (which doesn't really make sense, I think it's kinda unprofessional) I didn't have much use of the equipment at the end and the day way a mess, I couldn't get the job done which resulted to a huge loss in my end.

The two women from whom I picked up my rental this morning were extremely helpful.
