CRAP CPAP !

CRAP CPAP !! Bought RES MED AIRSENSE 11 from CPAP Europa and it is awful. Returned it twice under warranty (at my expense) to no avail. Cannot get my money back or a replacement machine. Hassle, stress and still no machine. DO NOT buy CRAP CPAP, especially from Katerina @ CPAPEuropa.com!

bad customer service

I do think the receptionist or whatever her position is, could have taken her bum off her seat to serve me. I was buying a $199.00 mask and the fact that she didn't move from her computer was very offputting.

Ordered a DreamStation Shielded DC Cord…

Ordered a DreamStation Shielded DC Cord System (and some consumables) on the 9th Aug 2023.
The item was marked as "to be completed" as the cable wasn't in stock.

Over a month later, I haven't received delivery of the items, or communication.

Please reach out - I need that cable to go camping...

CPAP device checked/new humidifier chamber purchased

I was pleased with the outcome to my visit to the Wantirna shop. I was concerned my CPAP device was faulty (not heating the water) so it was checked and found to be OK. It was suggested I replace the humidifier chamber so I did. This appears to have resolved my concerns about the device being faulty.
