I do think the receptionist or whatever her position is, could have taken her bum off her seat to serve me. I was buying a $199.00 mask and the fact that she didn't move from her computer was very offputting.

I am very impressed with the support that I received from everyone that I spoke to at Albumworks and I am delighted with the results of the two books that I have done. It is still a learning process, I am finding editing the most taxing task, it seems no matter how many times you proofread the text, there are still small typos even with the help of Grammarly.

I will be starting my third book shortly, which will be much shorter than the two with 200 pages each.
