Love these Cornish pasties. Very filling, easy meal. Can be used for lunch or dinner. I even take one cooked beforehand to the allotment. Good value and ample tasty content

I received my despatch notice one day and the next I received a refund. There was no correspondence to say that the order had NOT been despatched and would not be fulfilled. Truly dreadful service - will certainly never recommend nor use again.

Pasties are excellent as always. Was due to be delivered on 5th October but weren't delivered until 6th as there was a problem with the dry ice. It wasn't a problem but there was a lack of communication as we weren't actually told about it until the morning of the 5th. However I do understand that sometimes things happen which are beyond control.

Nothing arrived, no correspondence until I contacted them and then was out of stock for another week.

The pastry was good but the interior, while tender and tasty was rather dry.

The hampers are brilliant.. but the only problem I've had, is day of arrival..

Delivery was delayed due to no ice packaging. Was notified after I expected the delivery with a new delivery date. Item was delivered 5 days after this. There are plenty of other companies offering the same service and I will be using them in future. During the time I was waiting for my order I was receiving emails asking if I wanted to re-order as it had been sometime since I last ordered!!! I just wanted a pasty for my tea!

Pasties are good and I’ve ordered them previously

They were never delivered, despatched on the 4th expected the 5th didn’t arrive, then scheduled to arrive on the 6th but no show, sheduled to arrive on the 7th but another no show. I told dpd we would be out all day and wouldnt be back til late evening. Even so, no delivery on the doorstep, no card to say they had called and nothing left with neighbours. No explanation and to be fair to Cornwall Hamper Store you are impossibe to contact by phone and do not reply to emails!

The company was recommended to me and it was a brilliant recommendation! The cream tea was a gift so the ability to select the delivery date was brilliant! The recipients loved their cream tea. The scones are as light as air. The selection of food options and sizes is excellent too.
