After a bad start you sorted out everything , thank you very much. Guess it was not a good experience for you with all the strikes going on, you for filled your agreement, thank you . So full marks!

Excellent service and product.

The quality of the pastries as always is very good. The problem lay with the shipping on Friday to be delivered to my works address on Saturday, no one works on Saturdays to receive the order. The late delivery was because you had no dry ice so perhaps a email out to customers letting them know if they like delivery asap or to have it scheduled for a different date?

Delivered late and hence defrosted, now sent 4 emails either asking what to do next and asking for a refund but still no reply. Do not know what they taste like as they were defrosted when they came so cannot refreeze.

I love Cornwall pastys but for some reason they tasted very pepper this time

Box damaged & open pasties broken & defrosted very disappointed with this purchase it was the first & last time I will order from them

The box had been flattened and the 4 scones were crumbs. Failure.

Excellent product, ordered for the arrival of visiting family to our Cornish home. The size is great, the taste is simply the best and a great treat to share. Very happy with this purchase and the seller.

We were very pleased with our delivery and really enjoyed our cream tea, and the scones were very fresh. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered at the weekend but didn’t receive until Friday… delivery only known when I got the email at work, despite husband being at home all day ? So luckily let him know 2 hours after sitting outside instead of the 6 hours it could have been.
I’m sure pasties will taste as good as always though .

As usual, delicious pasties. Would have given 5 stars if they'd succeed in the date originally stated.

Sadly ordered for September due to packing dry ice delivery guaranteed before or on 1 st October.
In fact sadly the now belated birthday present not delivered till later in week when the recipient was away on Holiday

Always enjoy pasties and they are well packed and frozen ready for use

No problem with the pasties - they were great as usual. The problem is with your delivery service. Knowing that parcels left in front porches are disappearing in our neighbourhood, I left a note saying "DPD - PLEASE LEAVE PARCEL NEXT DOOR AT NO. 8" complete with arrow. The photo the delivery man took,ironically shows the parcel next to the note!! Pretty poor show when delivery is so key with frozen products. Will Cornwall Hamper Store ignore my note again, as they did last time and will they still refuse to take any phone calls?
