Refund/ amendments
Overall buying tickets via AttractionTickets.com has been successful but my lower score has been due to the company’s response when there was an issue - and that’s really what is important!
Summary - ordered 4 tickets for Siam Park. Checked the week before going and realised I’d booked the wrong date and tickets were for next day. So hands up here - I will own this part - busy person lots going on , I booked the week before! Happily, check website which says refunds/ amendments can be made- happy days! Look how to do that but can’t seem to find anything / links - so open downloads to check further info . BIG MISTAKE - apparently once downloaded eg opened to look at tickets/ info the refund/ amendment is null and void!
There is regular email correspondence which is not as helpful as hoped for including a “check with the park” .
Fortunately, I emailed Siam Park who say as long as the QR code has not been scanned - we can go any day ! Why didn’t Attraction know this? I also feel as long as the QR code hasn’t been used it couldn’t be refunded? It’s obviously not been used??
So my three stars is basically not knowing their product properly, and although at one point (after discussion where I thought I’d need to buy new tickets) they offered me a small discount off the tickets, I agreed but they never returned the information on how I would order.
However, as a family we did enjoy a day at Siam Park with the added burger so all was well - it was just a very stressful time sorting out tickets!
