First Box

I’m m going with a 4 star review from our first experience.
Slight issue when ordering with payment and then I wasn’t sure when to expect box. I now know it’ll be the first week of the start of each month - but was waiting thinking it would arrive after payment.
We had Finland - as a family we thought it was fun, and although it wasn’t all to our taste , it was a little part of a different country in our home and I guess that’s part of the experience! We did enjoy sharing some of the snacks and giving our own reviews!
Son said the crisps were just the same as we get but again that’s part of the comparison.
Didnt cancel subscription so will see what the other boxes bring but kept as did give us a fun experience as a family.

Still a 5 star review

Fantastic service!!! Ordered and was offered next day delivery!! However , opted for Saturday and informed by email on delivery window which was as said. Very well packaged with a thermal box and ice packs - products all good. Cooked sausage rolls immediately in the air fryer and all good! One word - Cook from frozen! It does say to do this, but I took some out to cook next day - mistake! The pastry stuck and meat juices seeped out. This was a mistake I made as instructions say cook from frozen. Anyway, did cook them. Prob took just as long as from frozen (so defrosting doesn’t save time) Pastry stuck to baking tray but they still tasted great!!! Hopefully my next batch will be fine!!!
Really impressed by this company !!! will be ordering again - want to try the other flavours!!

Lovely items let down by cheap packaging

Easy to order via website.
Special offer of a free item.

Previously measured for rings in store so sizing was accurate.

Disappointed by the packaging - I’d had a gift bought via a shop and the packaging was so special - as a big birthday this was lovely .
I was spending birthday money online and although the items were lovely - so underwhelming arriving in a little plastic bag!

Don’t see why packaging is so poor when nearly £100 spent?? Feel it lets the Pandora experience down and doesn’t present those items as well as they could be.

Scammers

Scammers! Do not engage. Do not sign up to anything!!! Your free trial will be a subscription for much more than the 99p advertised. No response to refund other than the merry go round chatbot!

Refund/ amendments

Overall buying tickets via AttractionTickets.com has been successful but my lower score has been due to the company’s response when there was an issue - and that’s really what is important!
Summary - ordered 4 tickets for Siam Park. Checked the week before going and realised I’d booked the wrong date and tickets were for next day. So hands up here - I will own this part - busy person lots going on , I booked the week before! Happily, check website which says refunds/ amendments can be made- happy days! Look how to do that but can’t seem to find anything / links - so open downloads to check further info . BIG MISTAKE - apparently once downloaded eg opened to look at tickets/ info the refund/ amendment is null and void!
There is regular email correspondence which is not as helpful as hoped for including a “check with the park” .
Fortunately, I emailed Siam Park who say as long as the QR code has not been scanned - we can go any day ! Why didn’t Attraction know this? I also feel as long as the QR code hasn’t been used it couldn’t be refunded? It’s obviously not been used??
So my three stars is basically not knowing their product properly, and although at one point (after discussion where I thought I’d need to buy new tickets) they offered me a small discount off the tickets, I agreed but they never returned the information on how I would order.
However, as a family we did enjoy a day at Siam Park with the added burger so all was well - it was just a very stressful time sorting out tickets!

Gorgeous watch . Good experience.

I was a bit nervous purchasing from unknown and not a well known high street store. Bit so far, all good.

Ordering was easy online.
Delivery was good.
Regular communication regarding order and delivery .
Packaged very carefully.
Watch (as stated) set to correct time and ready for recipient.

Watch as described and looks great!

No problems at all so far , hope it stays that way.

Poor Delivery

I’m hoping the contents the recipients received was all in tack as they messaged to ask if it had been from me because the packaging was wet and soggy and they couldn’t read the message. Bit disappointed that it was delivered in that condition as a Christmas gift .

I was wowed!

I was wowed! I’m not easily pleased but the service was good standard!! I ordered Friday evening, hoping it would arrive Monday for the recipients birthday but had notification that it had been dispatched 10pm Friday and was delivered next day!!
I think that’s a pretty good service!

Brilliant Service and Brownies

Brilliant experience! Wanted to get some brownies sent to family in Cornwall from Gloucester. Ordered with a local company. Emailed beforehand to check delivery as wanted them delivered Saturday.
Family messaged to say they had been delivered Saturday. They look amazing (big pieces!) and I’m sure will taste great today!
So impressed by the personal experience with The Funkie Brownie Company - definitely re order and I think family in Cornwall will be heading to the bakery too!!!

Great service

My milk is in the doorstep every delivery day. I’ve had issues in the past (not delivered) and usually quick message and refund to my account . This hasn’t happened for a while and previously, Covid/ staffing… so back on track again.
I have ordered some “extras” in the past - usually orange juice with bits, but generally it’s all too expensive albeit looking very good! They do the odd offer which I’ve taken advantage of.
Easy online ordering/ cancelling order or holidays.

Slow delivery

Ordered at the weekend but didn’t receive until Friday… delivery only known when I got the email at work, despite husband being at home all day ? So luckily let him know 2 hours after sitting outside instead of the 6 hours it could have been.
I’m sure pasties will taste as good as always though .

Super Speedy!

New time using this site. Excellent speedy delivery when we were up against the clock to get stuff for extension!
Can’t comment on products yet as still not used but all looks great!
One thing - completed a second order Easter Sunday evening and somehow managed to order two of the items twice? Noticed after payment (website is sometimes a bit erratic) and I said to husband to email about it and he said “I’ll do it in the morning - nothing will happen on a bank holiday weekend”. WRONG! email next morning to say it had all be put into a pallet ready to be shipped!!
Really excellent speedy service just hoping returns are as good as that’s what we will need to do now…

Brilliant delivery and service

Had ordered a shed via B&Q which was then unable to deliver within the time they’d stated. Tried Wilkos and found one (albeit smaller) that could be delivered sooner. Placed order, then within the week had email to confirm delivery following week. Delivery was completed within all Covid regulations .
Good price paid, excellent communication, delivery and stock!
Shed went up fairly easily (built by carpenter brother in law ) it seemed, took about 2 hours, everything needed there.
Lovely looking shed.
