Very poor quality control & poor customer service!
I bought two of the 'seasons storm bowl shape cup 9oz'. One of the cups does not have the brown speckled rim which matched the other and the saucers, and looks to be unfinished. Whilst I understand that the finish of the products may vary, to me it looks like the speckled rim design has not even been done on this mug. I am not sure how someone can be happy enough with the finish to allow it to be sold along with another one that looks so much better. I called customer services to see if they would replace the mug, but they just tell me that 'product finishes may vary' as stated on the website. Again, I understand that the 'finish' may vary, but the design of this mug doesn't even look finished. The only other option they gave me was to return the items at my own cost for a refund. I am very disappointed with the service I received. For the sake of replacing one poorly finished mug, this would have been easily solved and I would have been satisfied with my order. They clearly have no pride in the finish or quality of their products, or their customer satisfaction. My advice would be to avoid
