I threw a graduation party at Cocoon's Casa Duende for 80 people. The space was perfect, especially appreciated the rooftop. Cocoon's staff were very easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions and helped me think through how my event would best integrate into the venue. I would love to host another event with them!

The venue and staff were A+. They helped source all of our vendors, managed the 60+ person event, and made sure everything was promptly taken care of. We had no issues the entire time. Highly recommend!

I would wholeheartedly recommend Cocoon for all location and production support needs. The variety of beautiful, curated locations helped me narrow down my extensive search for a photo shoot location. The team - Eduard, César, Hanna and our stellar Casa manager day of shoot, LeRoi- are all responsive, accommodating and knowledgable. All my questions and concerns were managed quickly and with patience and kindness. I’ve been in the Fashion Production business for 30 years and I can honestly say this team is top notch. César walked me through the on line booking process seamlessly. LeRoi greeted us on site with a smile and helping hands to set us up for an effortless production in the gorgeous space. I would recommend to anyone looking for five star location and production services.

We rented Casa Avedon as a temporary space for a showroom to meet with customers over a 3 day time period. The Cocoon team was awesome helping us to navigate the details from another city. The flexibility that they offered around our scheduling needs made it a great experience. I would highly recommend giving Cocoon a look for unique spaces!

Great shooting experience. My team and used the Casa Janka space for a 30-second commercial spot and we had a great experience with the space. We had a tight turn around time for the production and Cocoon accommodated every step of the way. Their onsite rep was a delight, the facilities were great, and we made our day. What more can you ask for? We will for sure be utilizing not only Casa Janka, but Cocoon's wide variety of locations for future shoots as well.

It was such a joy throwing our event at Cocoon's Casa Janka space in Chinatown! Leading up to the event, Hanna was a wonderful partner in planning. Helping to all the details we needed for a successful event. On the day of, the onsite team was so lovely and incredibly helpful. They moved furniture, helped with coordinating arrivals and more. We hosted a large anniversary party for our business and had music, dance and even aerial performances - all that went off beautifully. The space was gorgeous and everyone commented on the beautiful venue, the view and of course, the adventurous elevator ride. Thank you to the Cocoon team for a wonderful event experience! I couldn't recommend them more.

My second experience renting spaces from this team! They are excellent. The spaces are always beautiful and the team is always attentive, quick to respond and extremely helpful on set. I'm gearing up for my third shoot in one of their locations and plan to continue working with the Cocoon team beyond that. Highly recommend booking with them!!

The Cocoon team is amazing! I've done 2 film shoot rentals at their locations and each time it has been a positive experience. The Location Managers are engaging while respectful of the creative process. From the initial contact, to the scout of the rentals, to the detailed welcome packets, and the wrap out - Cocoon's full staff felt supportive and helpful. Can't wait for the next one, thanks!!

Everyone at Cocoon was awesome. From figuring out which venue would work, booking catering and a photographer, and helping the day of the event they did great. Everyone that attended loved the space and couldn't stop raving about it. Definitely plan to work with Cocoon again in the future.

We worked with Cocoon for a company offsite and it was an ideal experience! The entire Cocoon team is extremely helpful, organized and dedicated to making the experience beautiful. This was our first time using this space and everything was great, the space is beautiful and the staff was very helpful, we are very much looking forward to filming here again!

Incredible and elevated location - so many different nooks in this home that are thoughtfully designed and make the perfect backdrop for photo and video shoots.
