The whole team made this booking experience a breeze, and the production went so well on the day. Our manager LeRoi was wonderful and helped us carry gear, answer our questions, and more. I am so grateful for the great experience we had, and our client on set loved everything!

My husband and I had a wedding cocktail party at Casa Duende, and it was incredible. The space is absolutely breathtaking, and all of our guests were blown away by the venue. Unfortunately, there were some issues that were unforeseeable, but our Casa managers jumped in to help quickly, and the staff made sure our concerns were properly addressed afterwards. Luciana was especially helpful and communicated with us with so much grace, timeliness, and empathy.

I couldn't recommend Cocoon more, and if you're looking for a place that will wow and astound, definitely check out Casa Duende.

I'm so grateful to have met Eduard and the team. Everything from the site visits to live, to post load out was seamless. He was extremely communicative and efficient with responses. The support we got during pre production and onsite was refreshing to see in this industry.

Cocoon made it easy and convenient to shoot our project in the space! They were great through the whole process, and the space was exactly what the client was looking for. Would recommend to anyone!

The venue is stunning, well equipped and staff is absolutely professional and on point. We'd come back every weekend if we could! Will certainly work with Cocoon's venues again.

I rented one of the spaces for a shoot (~15 people) and the space was wonderful, and as described. Really clean when we got there. A few things still had to be moved out but nothing major and Anudari who was there all day to help was super collaborative, had answers to all our questions and handled the trash when we left.

The venue was incredible, the housing manager(s) and staff were fantastic and easy to work with, and the overall experience was absolutely perfect. Couldn't recommend them more! What I really appreciated is that they made it super easy for me to run a successful event, and filled in all the small things I would've missed.

We just wrapped a shoot at one of Cocoon's lovely spaces. Their staff was so helpful, professional and communicative - aiding in producing a successful, stress-free shoot. We highly recommend booking a Cocoon space, you can trust their pictures and the on-site location managers are super helpful the day of.

We rented a property for a video shoot and thanks to the Cocoon team we had a seamless and successful production. The space was well maintained and operated. We couldn't have asked for a better location and management team!

All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were available to answer any questions I had, and were flexible to last minute changes from me and my team. The locations were beautiful and exactly what we needed for the project. I will definitely use their services in the future.

My partner and I booked a Cocoon flex space—Casa Duende in NYC—for our wedding farewell brunch. 4hrs, about 75 people. We had I think it’s fair to say a perfect experience. The space was beautiful. Randa from Cocoon was so helpful and communicative, from adjusting the fans, light, and music, to guiding us through the space, to assisting with cleanup. Total pleasure to work with. Guests were gushing. I’d book another Cocoon space in a heartbeat. 5 stars

Great communication and flexibility! Gorgeous space and great for parking

My team had a shoot for the first time and could not have asked for a better experience. We actually booked two Cocoon spaces back-to-back days, without realizing, and the days ran so smoothly.

In the days leading up to the shoot, the team was so accommodating and flexible as we figured out the paperwork and process for our first ever shoot (yay!).

On the day, they were communicative, so polite and kind to everyone on set, and helpful with anything we needed.

Cherry on top, the spaces were GORGEOUS!! They had spaces perfectly aligned with what we were looking for, and they were so well kept and enjoyable to be in for the day.

100% would recommend!

Never have I worked with a more helpful and communicative location rental company. They were incredibly thorough in making sure all of our needs were met and did a fantastic job at being open and transparent with anything and everything regarding the space.

The entire team was incredibly helpful. Our production had to shift dates last minutes - they helped line up the location again, but were incredibly proactive about finding alternative location options as well. On the day the location manager was so helpful and kind. I could not recommend this team more.

The team was very helpful and hands on. The space at Casa Avedon at 6 W 28th St in NY was great, perfect for our company showcase. The audio/visual capabilities were a key for us.
