When I sign up, it was not mention that they would charge me in USD.I booked virtual office in Canada. Even invoice was not in USD. It is so misleading and inappropriate. Now, they keep charging me from my credit card as USD.

I initially contacted three services about obtaining a virtual address. CloudVO was much better than the others. There was a single point of contact, Cierra, who was extremely helpful. She had backup when she was not around, but it was great to have a single point of contact to answer my questions. I realized after launching my search that the different services seem to cover mostly the same office suites. So there was no need to work with multiple services. CloudVO was all I needed.

Tough start to getting setup but management did listen to concerns and corrected it.

This was the most worse experience I have ever had with a business. My name is Reginald Thomas, and I purchased a Virtual Office location from this company. I filled out my CMRA and got it notarized and returned it to them with the requested documentation. I even asked would they give me a deal if I purchased another location for another company I have with some partners. And the representative, Cierra Hall said they could give me 10% off. Then in the next e-mail she stated they could not move forward with my account and they would send me a refund. I asked was there any explanation for this and I never received a response. Extremely weird. A total inconvenience after I paid a notary $50 to get their form notarized. This review is factual and correct. I would not recommend this company.

CloudVO is horrible. They contracted with me to provide virtual office space in Maryland, through Carr Workspaces, and then couldnt have the mail available in the afternoon because they were understaffed. The worst incident came when I had to wait with my very young daughter for mail, and the front desk staff member gave me a ridiculous story about how he couldnt get mail for an hour because the other staff member had taken lunch around 3 pm. As we spoke, another tenant approached me and wanted to fight and the CloudVO staff person did nothing about it, even as my young daughter stood there while this man threatened me. He eventually pulled a stun gun out of his pocket and threatened me with it at which point I decided to leave with my daughter. CloudVO management were entirely unresponsive, handled the whole situation very poorly, and ultimately blamed me for the whole situation, even though this tenant had threatened me and my daughter with a weapon in front of their staff member. I strongly recommend you avoid using CloudVO for any services at all. It is a very poorly run company that does not care about its paying customers at all.

They were fast and efficient in setting up my virtual office account.

Customer service was excellent in answering any questions that I had. I was not able to actually call in so I had to keep sending emails back and forth and the response time was UNBELIEVABLY QUICK!!! I was very impressed with the fact of how quick they were.

The online experience was fine. The problem is after that.

You should know: you will NOT get a working phone number (which means you may not get the one you picked) or address (mostly for letterhead, business cards, registration forms etc.) until you complete the USPS CMRA. This form is ONLY required by USPS, but the business uses it to hold your setup hostage after taking your money. This is NOT clearly stated anywhere on the website and it is lightly, briefly, pseudo implied from the email.

I don't recommend the company for this reason or at least until they fix it, but I am upping my score because of their customer service working with me to refund me.

FYI: The phone number has NOTHING to do with USPS, thus there's no logical reason to withhold the number or even reserve the address - you just can't process (open or redirect) the mail, but you can receive it. All of the places do.

So basically they made an internal decision to lump it all in together - and their refusal to change the process doesn't change my notes above, because they COULD do it if they wanted.

I'm very happy that I decided to sign up with CloudVO for my business. Great customer service is really hard to find, but I found it here! The services are extremely flexible and that's what I really needed at this time in my career. I would highly recommend CloudVO for your business needs!

What an incredibly great experience. There were about 9 of us in a strategy meeting for our company... the room, the setup, the ease of access enhanced our ability to accomplish what we needed to accomplish. Proximity to restaurants (and Starbucks! LOL!!) was excellent. I plan to use this service again...and I highly recommend it!

With CloudVO coworking locations I am able to mix business travel with personal. It offers a quiet and professional work space for me to attend to my business needs during a personal vacation. So convenient.

The process of signing up has been extremely simple. I didn't really hit any glitches to get my business up and running. When I had questions, the staff have been extremely helpful and personable. Highly recommend working with CloudVO and the team.
