I had to chase the order after 3 weeks, to be told autoglym had changed the name of the product but it was exactly the same, just different name. I continued with the order and it arrived within 2 days, however what I got was specialised wheel cleaner, it was not the same as I ordered. We had some from a previous order and the one we received from chain speed smelt acidic I won’t be cleaning my bike with it.

Product does exactly what it ‘says on the tin’ ordering and delivery straight forward. Very pleased

good efficient delivery, driver friendly. Would have been helpful to have an estimated delivery slot either am/pm or within a 2-3hr window.
