They stuck to their appointment time (pretty close) which is appreciated these days. The pre-check was friendly, professional, and efficient. The optometrist (a stand-in replacement I think - Dina Ivanova) was excellent - again, friendly, professional, efficient, but also took time to explain things and crack a few jokes - 5 stars. Only negative in my mind is price - I chose fairly cheap frames, but it still seemed pretty expensive for 2 pairs of glasses. Overall a good experience.

I ordered and paid for a set of Barkbusters 2 weeks ago and started following up about a week or so later. Got through on the phone and was told they would be sent the next day, waited a couple of days, rang again, told they would sent out the same day - rang twice 2 days ago, 5 times yesterday, twice today... phone is not answered/call ended. No emails except the invoice, appalling communication, lies on the phone when you do get through, now not answering at all. Tried to use the "Live Chat" function - that just timed out after no response from them. Don't know what's happening with this company, but advise to avoid for now! Will be following up until I get a refund!

Good food, update email received, order was correct, packed well, delivered fast... no complaints here! Will definitely use again! 5 stars!
