Craig produced a very clear and informative report.
I had a few concerns and spoke to Craig about them over the phone. He patiently addressed them each in turn giving explanations in leymans terms. At the end of the call he invited me to call any time if I had any further queries.
If there is a better service out there I would be most surprised.

Disappointing L2 survey - not helpful or worth the money
I was very disappointed with this report from Camsure. There was a lot of repeated general information that held no relevance to the actual property.
I was expecting a Level 2 homebuyers survey that would draw attention to key things that need attention or would need attention, things such as structure, damp etc.
The report itself drew attentions to things such as the carpets are worn and may need replacing, there are trees around the property so make sure to keep guttering clean.
It made no reference to an outside wall that is clearly damaged and leaning to one side, so needs immediate attention.
This report was expensive to simply tell me to clean gutters, replace carpets and maybe update the kitchen.
