Looking at other reviews it seems they repeatedly continue to charge and send products, even after you have cancelled. This happened to me. It took so long to get back to my initial cancellation request, then they tried to talk me out of it, but I replied immediately saying I still wanted to cancel. Then they stalled again so that I was charged for the next month. The product isn’t even good! It doesn’t dissolve properly and tastes disgusting. They then said that to get my refund I had to return the product, which from UK to US costs £16.85 plus a £1.50 admin fee!! For THEIR incompetence!!

If I could give a zero I would. I have been trying to cancel a subscription I didn’t sign up for. Don’t like the product so want to cancel. I have sent 10 or more requests only to be told someone is looking into it. I’ve reported to my credit card company as fraudulent charges. No more payments coming out as I removed my payment info however just received another pkg today. Don’t want it!! The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

Whatever you do, DO NOT order from this company. The product did not work for me and I have tried several times to get in contact with the customer service team. They have NOT cancelled my orders and have still charged my card every month. I would be shocked if they even have a customer service team.

Do not buy! They have set me up for a subscription i did not agree to and take money out of my account each month. Have emailed many times but do not get back to me 😡. Out of pocket and want my money back. Bank are dealing with it. Product isn’t even that great. Horrible after taste.

You directly have a subscription once you buy it.
It stands nowhere except "cancel anytime"on the website.
The taste is horrible. I wanted to try all 4 flavours. The raspberry is descent.

Costumer service is terrible. It takes a very long time for them to apply any e-mail. They can not find my order anywhere, therefore can not cancel. I believe I'm stuck on this subscription for the rest my my life.

I did not sign up for a subscription. Multiple emails to cancel, over £60 has been taken out of account. I felt no benefit from the drinks and did not like the taste. No customer service

Over 25emails back and forth and they’re now asking me to send products back at my own expense. Purchase the product but DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION as I am still trying to cancel mine months later

I ordered on Friday, and the box arrived Monday in perfect condition.

Received first order fine, didn't see massive benefits - perhaps better sleep. Decided to give it longer and ordered again, never received this order and no response from Calmify after repeated emails. Out of pocket £40! Don't buy!!

The Customer Service with this Company is appalling. I have sent several emails asking for my subscription to be cancelled and received an automated response every time. Even when a "real person" messaged to say they would cancel my subscription they still sent me another order! I eventually had to contact my credit card company to refund the money and block future payments. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY it is a total scam.

1. The drink makes me fainty, so the product is not good.
2. I signed up two for one, non subscription, yet they are keep charging me monthly. 5 times i have been reaching out to customer service and i am keep getting the same response “they are looking into it”. Very frustrating!

Definatley a scan!!!! I would rate them 0 if possible. I did not sign up for a subscription, but they keep taking my money monthly and never respond to my emails and requests to try and cancel this with them. This last month they took my money and the product did not even arrive. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

I strongly advise avoiding this company. They are misleading and operate like rip-off merchants. I signed up for a ‘buy two, get two free’ offer. The first month they honoured this, but since then they have continued debiting my account while only sending the original purchase — the ‘free’ items have not been supplied.

Despite numerous emails requesting cancellation of my subscription, they have ignored my requests and continued taking payments. I have now reported the matter to my bank as an unfulfilled purchase and a failure to cancel when asked.

On top of this, the product itself does not work as advertised and tastes awful. This company’s practices are dishonest and I would warn others not to sign up for their subscription service

Dropshipped and tastes like a$$ plus solidified in the water within 1 hour so can only imagine what does in your stomach - never again

The Customer Service with this Company is shocking. I have sent over 7 emails asking that my Subscrition be cancelled with no response. They keep taking money from my account and sending me more product. I have asked for information on their returns process to return the unwanted orders and again I am receiving no response to my emails. As far as the product goes the only thing it did for me was give me a sore stomach and constipation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY total scam.
