Tricksters will take your money
BEWARE: SMC is CLAIMING £2,000 FOR A CONTRACT IT DID NOT DELIVER.
SMC trick you into signing a contract by withholding information. Then screw you for £2,000.
SMC does not comply with H&S regulations vis a vis vehicles and thinks it is above consumer protection legislation.
Communication was chaotic and coaches were sub-standard old rust buckets (without A/C, crappy old taxis were substituted etc).
EXPENSIVE booking for DREADFUL service.
Multiple people manage the bookings and SMC spews out 8-10 automatic emails for each booking, leading to mass confusion. BEWARE: unless you specify air conditioning (and pay extra), they will supply old coaches with WINDOWS that DO NOT OPEN. Our booking was on the hottest day of the year, so this was a serious health hazard. When we complained, SMC blamed us, ie the client.
Ref your claim not to know which booking this relates to, it should be easily traceable as I've made a formal complaint. Further evidence of your chaotic communication and you could not care less about a legitimate complaint.

Update: I can now review SMCs complaints procedure. A random individual assesses complaints. Their decision is final. No appeal. SMC have admitted fault but in the same breath are enforcing their cancellation T&C's, ie demanding more money. The facts: SMC provided a sub-standard service. SMC admit fault. As a result, client cancelled second booking. SMC withheld deposit and demand a further 25% fee. If you want massive stress, costly damage to your reputation and financial losses, SMC is great choice. If you'd like a professional service and staff who understand service, avoid like the plague.
