This is not a US based company

This is not a US based company. We are. Every email included another task, then another, then another for us to get approved. Now they want every single one of our members to sign an agreement to get texts. We're a small, all volunteer organization with most of our members over 50. They don't do digital signing & scanning and we don't have the money to postal mail everyone (hence wanting to text them). We've paid this company for texting credits, for a US based phone number, yet the last 3 emails from this company all included another thing and another, and then another that we needed to do before we could text. I've repeatedly asked for a list of everything we needed to do to get this up and running to no avail. I'd not do business with them again. We can't even get started and this has been going on for months now.

100% SCAM!!!

Did not get my credit after top-up and no history about the payment in my account!!
The customer service also did not help at all with this kind of answer in email!!
They can't track the payment & they don't know about their payment gateway!!

I can confirm they are scammers there…

I can confirm they are scammers there are a couple of points! 1 They took my money and then did not provide the service. 2 They changed the daily quota as soon as i paid 3They also said the payment hs not gone through, but then it has been deducted from my bank.
Now i have to wait a whole month to get back money for a service they did not provide.

Scammer / Fraud Don't Use this site!!!

I wish there is negative star. How to report this kind of site to close permanently! they are scammer! We bought credit cost 9.07 euro and made online payment (stripe), it been deducted already in our bank account then suddenly they sent us email with this:

purchasing credits is like throwing away money

Avoid this company, purchasing credits is like throwing away money. They take you payment and then give you the line that they have reversed the payment and it will be refunded at the discretion of the payment gateway. Don't act like you have given me my money back. It's got nothing to do with the "payment gateway" I want my money back

PHISHING SCAM.

We were caught in a phishing scam and they did NOTHING to help us. Instead they blamed it on our computers having trojans etc. 598 SMSes were sent out by a phishing scam 4 minutes AFTER we changed our passwords - we heeded their advice. No refunds, no nothing. He definitely has some ego issues and he was yelling at me about how us being hacked is not their security issue. ALL our funds are being drained because of this. Calls me just to tell me that it's not their fault. Shouldn't you call WITH a solution? what is the point of a call ALL THE WAY FROM SOUTH AFRICA without a solution?

company does no refund

scam company, did not get the credits I bought and they don't refund my money. very bad customer service that does not answer my question but instead open a new ticket. I have already more than 10 tickets. I will never ever do business again with this company.

BS from one end to another, card is personel card, daily use, its simply just not good enoigh, around 3 weeks got told to get money back? robbery in cleare daylight.

people, stay away from this, there are other companis out there who actually do as they say, this is by far the worst customer service i have ever been in contact with, and trust me, i have been around.

bad service

I have Simplybook me booking website, the website are joint with bulk sms, so I wrote a email to ask if bulk can help me to join this services to my website, the answer was a video, didn’t say anything no helping, then I bought 20000 credits, ask then how to link to my website, the answer is they don’t provide any technical services,I have to hire a technician to do the job, so I ask for refund because I don’t know where to looking for the technician, so I called bulk to ask about the refund, the technician said he can help me,

ONLY 2 STEP to done the job and they were asking me to HIRE someone......

after a few days happy using this services, my 20000 credit is gone, only around 50SMS have been sent, so I called bulk again,

the technical lady were YELLING on me saying because I apply for refund so they toke off the credits, While she yelling I want to tell her that your company helped me to solve the problems why still going with refund?she didn’t WANT TO hear from me but want me to surrender as a criminal then I can get to use this service, I can still fill the anger right now 12 hours after the call.

because my website only have 4 options to join the SMS service, so I still have to deal with this beautiful services
