Excellent …

I’m very impressed with the excellent customer service provided by the team at SimpleTexting—prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is my first time using the platform for a project. Since I have a landline and can’t send text messages directly from it, SimpleTexting allows me to do so with a reasonable annual subscription fee. I’m very pleased with how well it works—easy to use and highly effective!

Can't Receive Texts

It doesn't actually work. Customers have called us on our actual company line and ask why we don't respond to our texts but our inbox is empty. We've also had a terrible experience with their customer service and they said they don't process any refunds for any reason.

Great Customer Service by Gab with SimpleTexting

Gab was extremely helpful and understanding in resolving my billing issues and other concerns. I’ve been dealing with ongoing health issues and multiple hospital stays over the past few months, and I truly appreciate the patience, support, and time spent assisting me during this difficult period. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Let me start by saying that if I could rate this company a big 0 I would too bad I have to select 1 star.

if you want to get robbed this is the place to go. the do false advertising, their 30- day money back guarantee if you don't like the APP is bluff they are horrible! once you request the refund they tell you that you have to meet certain criteria.

Imagine buying a plan without knowing how it works, and to see if you are even approved, and then if you don't love the app you don't get your money back.

The name Simple should be difficult texting INSTEAD. the app is extremely complicated to use it did give me a headache and I canceled it in 2 hours because who has the time to play guessing games with an app.

Their refund claim specialist horrible, they talk back and aren't respectful at all. I don't like to leave reviews anywhere for any reason but this one really got me! I'm one angry customer and I DO NOT RECOMMEND
