I purchased a Brother MFC-L3770CDW printer 2 yrs ago. Within 2 mos, it was repl'd due to a defective paper tray sensor that prevented any & all printing. The repl unit HAD THE SAME ISSUE! And Brother cust support? Forget it - Brother could give a s... less. After one spends a half hr trying to contact support, they were worthless. I now have a $500 paperweight.
