Purchased a leather scarlet witch…
Purchased a leather scarlet witch jacket from Boneshia. They sent the wrong size. The jacket smelled like gasoline. They wanted me to pay for return for something they messed up on. Then they offered partial refund but said refund takes 15-45 days. Still have not received refund and when I notified they tried to say my refund has a time limit and refuse to respond after.

I just ordered a Shearling jacket from Boneshia and am extremely disappointed. Customer service was helpful and responsive but the jacket itself is not as advertised and of very poor quality. What I resent the most is that I enquired several times whether the lining was real shearling and the lining is product I received is clearly synthetic. Given the price, I will not be ordering from Boneisha again and have asked for a full refund.
