I just ordered a Shearling jacket from Boneshia and am extremely disappointed. Customer service was helpful and responsive but the jacket itself is not as advertised and of very poor quality. What I resent the most is that I enquired several times whether the lining was real shearling and the lining is product I received is clearly synthetic. Given the price, I will not be ordering from Boneisha again and have asked for a full refund.
