The main issue is that I saw there advert on Facebook, it stated that one of my friends uses them giving their name. I tried to register but it said that they are so exclusive and that there is a waiting list to join and I am currently in a queue waiting for a slot to appear.
My friend said that she has never joined and never used them?
So I am now dubious to join, when they say I can, how can they use my friends name to coax me and others into registering.

Very slow delivery. My first order was placed on September 13 — it was processed for a very long time and then canceled, with a refund message sent but no apologies, even though I never requested a return! My second order was placed on September 29 and is still being processed. It makes me wonder whether they actually have the items they advertise in stock.

7.09 I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but right now the promised delivery time of 4–8 working days is not true. I have already been waiting for 5 days without clear information. Why do you take the money but can’t send the parcel? It’s frustrating because I am losing my time, and I could easily order these items from another place.
Today is 15.09, and my order still hasn’t been sent. Customer service mentioned an "issue," but how can the same issue continue for a whole week? There are no clear answers, only vague information. Will I still want to remain a loyal customer in the future? I doubt it.

22.09 — still no parcel. Support has ignored me for several days. I wrote that I want to cancel my order and receive a refund.After 3-4 days, they were told that “sorry, we already sent your parcel, so we can’t issue a refund.”
I am very disappointed about being ignored, having to wait 15 days for the parcel to be sent, and then receiving it incomplete, without some items that I want. All this happened without any compensation or even a simple promo code.
I still don’t know whether the parcel was actually sent or if the tracking number was just registered in the system. The parcel hasn’t even been dispatched yet.

This experience is just as nightmare. Bestsecret sent my nearly 1000€ order with DHL. DHL informed me that the order was damaged and could not be delivered to me or to bestsecret. So it’s been nearly four weeks since I paid, I’ve not received the clothes and Bestsecret refuses to refund me before they themselves have come to a conclusion with DHL. This is not only terrible business practices, it’s also against German law.

My return was not visible under my customer account. I asked what happened to the return shipment and I don't see why. I received an answer that my request was registered, after another 2 days I was informed that everything was fine with my return and I will get my money back in full.
I am completely satisfied! Everyone needs time but I was kept up to date and informed. I only sent one message and didn't have to ask any more! Really professional! Thank you!
I’ve been a loyal BestSecret customer for years and have always been satisfied with the quality of products, deliveries, and refund processing. However, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
I placed an order and nearly a month later — it still hasn't been shipped. What’s worse, I have received no updates, and multiple emails and complaints have gone completely unanswered.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company that has previously been reliable. I expect transparency and at least basic communication when there are delays. Unfortunately, unless this is resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter and reconsider future purchases.

Update: I got a confirmation that my item will be refunded. The issue is resolved, thank you to the support team who replied to me and made it fast. Though, if I order on the website again, I will be always taking pictures of the packages/returns.
Earlier review: Bad experience! My second order on this website and this will be the last! I returned 2 items to BestSecret on 24.07.2025, and they confirmed only 1 was received and confirmed. I genuinely do not understand how it can happen if the 2nd item was packed in the same box. Worst experience, I do not think I will order something again, and if yes only with pictures/proofs of my return.

Have to say I returned 3x smaler items but there was no problem. Once I ordered and payed some socks and it turned out that they where out of stock. As a “sory” I got a voucher of 10,00€ …what to say? Very kind !
Sometimes in the special offers the prices are encreased but more or less everything is fine and ok.
Their service center is very, very correct and kind. Hope they stay this way !
I have been very disappointed with this store lately. First of all, you have to search and write a lot of letters about refunds for returned goods. In the end, they do not deliver the goods and do not respond to letters. The goods are not there, I do not get my money back either. I am very disappointed.

However, I have ordered and returned things in good faith, always under BS TERMS.

Today, however, I received a notification that my profile has been closed.
