Well it seems that this seller is a real treat! As with everyone else been waiting since August 2023 and I still get the same answers. Problem with logistics. When checking the so called tracking number one parcel ended up in Australia? And the so called second one just vanished. Don't buy from these sellers. Scammers all the way. Won't refund either. I wouldn't give them a star but you can't leave a review without giving one . DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Do not buy from this company. I've been waiting since August 2023, and now it's May 2024. I have sent dozens of emails, just to be told; 'Please be patient for a few more days'. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!! I have asked for a refund, they won't give me one. Ordered color pencils for 50eur on early August 2023. Still not received them, exchanged some 80 emails during this period.

Do not trust this company. Its a SCAM. Ordered an item nearly a year ago and delivery never arrived despite showing it had been delivered time and time again.

Do not buy from them they will give you excuse after excuse and come across polite and trying to help but they are just stringing you along.

I again like most people have been scammed by these persons, ordered Knives back in august no sign just full of excuses. They need to be prosecuted !!

Complete scammers. I ordered an Art Box in August 2023 for 39.99. Never received it or the apparent replacement they sent. "Please be patient" 7months on still no Art Box or refund & an email say "we will replace please be patient". How is this company still allowed to trade & blatantly take peoples money ?

SCAMMERS!! I never received my item either and they never respond to emails! I spent £25 and received nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I AM SO SO ANGRY! I ALSO ORDERED BACK IN AUGUST 2023!

A scam, plain scam

Negative fifty stars! I also ordered from them in August 2023. Same experience as some that I am reading here. Three fake shipments. One fake package delivered to Boulder, Colorado, the second fake package delivered to Anchorage, Alaska, no specific address for either. I'm in Maryland. Third fake package, they didn't even bother sending me a fake tracking number, though they kept insisting that one would be provided once their never-ending fake "logistics" issue was resolved. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. YOU DON'T GET YOUR GOODS & THEY DON'T REFUND.

Ultimate lying thieving scammers. Ordered items in August 2023. Got an email saying its been dispatched and was provided with a tracking number only to find out the parcel was addressed and delivered to a person in a different country. Contacted company and was advised it was a mistake and sent out item again (after reconfirming my details) and was provided another tracking number. Same thing happened again, tracking number was for a person in a different country. They sent out third item and once again, the same happened. Nothing but scammers who take orders and provide fake or incorrect tracking numbers. They take their time replying to emails with baseless pathetic excuses with very poor english. Contacted my bank, explained what happened and showed them all correspondence, and I was lucky as the bank refunded me. DON'T BUY FROM THESE THIEVING LYING SCAMMING PEOPLE. Quick to take people's hard earned money and not delivering items paid for.

Riiipppp offs. I placed an order from this site 5 months ago and still have not received my package. I just want my money back before I report you to the cops for fake advertising.
